Shu Yu had a plan in mind, so when she went to the Red Cake shop the next day, she had already restored her youthful and eye-catching makeup.
Wei Ronghua was still diligently standing behind the counter, and the staff mber known as Grandson Feng imdiately greeted them with a smile upon seeing them.
"Is the young lady here to buy pastries? Our shop’s Furong Cake is the most popular one, even the Madam of the County Magistrate specifies it. Does the young lady want to buy so?"
Shu Yu rely nodded slightly, "I’m looking for Manager Wei."
Grandson Feng frowned slightly and shut his mouth, slightly embarrassed.
Shu Yu had already bypassed him and walked to the front of the counter.
Manager Wei looked up at the sound and was montarily stunned when he saw her and Ying Xi.
Shu Yu asked with a smile, "Manager, did you keep the pastries I asked you to hold on to before?"

He ca out from behind the counter and headed to the shelves.
Shu Yu raised an eyebrow, she hadn’t actually told him when to hold onto them or what pastries to keep!
However, Wei Ronghua quickly returned, holding a tray.
"These are the Furong Cakes the young lady ordered yesterday, a total of ten pieces. Please check if they’re correct. As for the osmanthus cake, I wonder if the young lady has decided to order them yet."
Shu Yu raised an eyebrow, he actually recognized her?
Beside her, Grandson Feng looked puzzled, furrowing his brow. Did this young lady really co yesterday? He had been standing at the entrance watching, and this young lady was so pretty that if she had co and reserved the Furong Cake, he would surely rember.
Shu Yu smiled and asked Wei Ronghua, "How did Manager Wei recognize ?"
She looked down at herself, dressed completely differently from yesterday, yet Wei Ronghua recognized her at a glance.
"The maid behind you." Wei Ronghua chuckled, "She looks similar to yesterday."
Shu Yu was astonished and turned to look at Ying Xi. Today’s Ying Xi had a different hairstyle, clothes, and complexion. One might not associate her with yesterday unless paying close attention.
Yesterday, Ying Xi had been following closely behind her, head lowered, only raising it when eating pastries.
Today was the sa, following behind her.
Ordinary people probably wouldn’t notice her, right? Not to ntion, Wei Ronghua recognized her at first glance.
"Manager Wei truly has a keen observation."

He just didn’t quite understand, why did the other party sotis disguise herself as a middle-aged woman and at other tis return to being a young girl? What was her intention?

Shu Yu took the Furong Cake, paid for it, and said with a smile, "I won’t order the osmanthus cake for now, this Furong Cake tastes good. Thank you, Manager Wei, we’ll be leaving now."
Wei Ronghua watched her leave the door, more puzzled in his heart. What exactly was this young lady here for?
Once outside, Shu Yu handed all the Furong Cakes to Ying Xi, "Want so?"
"Aren’t you going to have any, miss?"
"I don’t like overly sweet things."
Ying Xi thought her young lady was strange; in these tis, sweet treats were hard to co by, yet her young lady seed to be tired of them.
"Miss, shall we recruit that Manager Wei?" Ying Xi asked, opening the paper wrap and nibbling on a piece.
Shu Yu nodded, "Yes, it’s him. Let’s go, we’ll wait for soone at the Wei family’s house."
"But Manager Wei isn’t supposed to co back until late after work, is he?"
"Can’t we just have soone call him back?"
