Shu Yu took Ying Xi back to the rear courtyard, then went out to buy things.
Who would have thought that as soon as she turned a corner, a person suddenly appeared in front of her, lowering his voice urgently, "Monarch Lu Xiang, sothing has happened."
Shu Yu looked up and saw that the face was unfamiliar.

Shu Yu entered the room and found the guards protecting Xiao Family were all present.

Xiao Family was delighted to see her, "Yu, I didn’t expect to see you in the prefecture."
There was a tension in her deanor, and she dispensed with pleasantries, pulling Shu Yu to sit down with her, and said, "Yu, I might have been discovered."
"Discovered?"
Xiao Family nodded, "I saw soone at Dongqing Temple, soone from the Xiao Family."
Shu Yu’s expression imdiately turned serious, "How could that be? Tell exactly what happened."

Luckily, her caution paid off, and the person didn’t recognize her.
However, Xiao Family managed to see his appearance through the gaps in her curtain hat. She didn’t need a detailed look; one glance was enough to recognize who he was, causing imdiate panic.
The person, probably feeling guilty, disappeared as soon as he realized he had been spotted.
Xiao Family dared not linger in the back hill any longer and returned to the temple.
Yet, she couldn’t shake off the uneasiness in her heart, so she imdiately sent the resourceful and stealthy Lu Tong to investigate.
Lu Tong went out to inquire and returned shortly after, saying that the person seed to be looking for soone in the temple and had been caught by a Daoist nun.
