The mountain bandit laughed heartily and walked forward.
Shu Yu lagged two steps behind, stood beside ng Yunzheng, and asked, "Who was that person just now?"
"Ms. Tao’s brother."
Shu Yu’s eyes widened suddenly. The Tao Family was caught in this black market long ago?
She recalled what Tao Feili had said earlier and asked in a low voice, "Is it related to him that Uncle was captured?"
"Most likely."
Shu Yu glanced back and hesitantly asked, "Should we find a chance to ask him for more details?"
ng Yunzheng thought the sa at first, but after seeing Tao Feili frightfully wet his pants, he dismissed the idea.

They followed the mountain bandit further inside; the path was quite long.
"Up ahead is the last cell. It’s all won in there; I doubt the person you’re looking for is there." The mountain bandit said, yet continued forward.
He had told the gatekeeper he ca to find won, which was an excuse, but he thought he might as well take a look.
Shu Yu was a bit puzzled, "Why are the won kept all the way inside?"
The mountain bandit chuckled, "Of course, it’s to intimidate them. So girls just won’t settle down. They have food and drink and work in the black market; if they do well, they can gain favor from a steward and even get their own place. But so just don’t get it and sche to leave. This makes them see the stark consequences for trying to escape here."
These girls, when returning to their cells each day, pass by the earlier cells and see the miserable states of others.
The black market’s steward wants them to know the grim fate of those who disobey.
Shu Yu pressed her lips tightly together, saying nothing more.
Soon, they stood outside a cell.
There were four or five cells holding won. The conditions were slightly better, with a large bed platform and even a wardrobe for them. They likely wanted the girls to tidy up a bit, so they wouldn’t look too bad when taken out.
However, at this mont, they were all leaning on the large bed platform, without makeup products, not dressed in luxurious clothes, and their faces were worn and emaciated beyond concealnt.

Not to ntion the cells had walls on three sides, but the front was just empty wooden bars, offering no privacy at all.

Just as she turned away, ng Yunzheng, beside her, suddenly reached out and pulled her.
She froze, turning back, and heard ng Yunzheng pointing at a young girl inside the cell, "You, co out, and join us for so fun."
Shu Yu, "..." Huh??
Even the mountain bandit next to them was stunned; he thought they were just here to make an appearance, pause for a few monts, and then leave.
What? Was he seriously planning to have a girl co out with them?
Didn’t he already have a girl by his side? Tsk, this person didn’t seem to be as decent as he appeared.
