Even without Reinhardt’s assistance, the Holy Knights were progressing quite well. Bob was inching closer and closer towards evolving the [Radiant Ascension] skill, making it more powerful than the one he could currently use.
Marcus and Grey were making steady progress towards gaining enlightennt towards [Limitless].
As for Zerina, she was the one who was progressing the fastest. As her inherent elent was different from the attribute they used in the Temple of Light, she did not practice any of the holy skills imparted by him in the order; instead, what she was doing was sharpening her already existing skills.
What she was aiming towards was gaining an ultimate skill.
In one of their previous training session just before her exhibition match against the Vice Commander of Black Griffin Legion, she had manifested her ultimate skill. However, it was still rough around the edges and in its early concept.
The skill needs to be thoroughly polished and gained further enlightennt in it to consider it a decisive weapon as of yet.
Nevertheless, she was slowly making progress towards it. If Zerina manages to also manifest her ultimate skill, the order of the Temple of Light would then have three knights capable of using ultimate skills.
One was him, and the other two were Bob and Zerina.
It needs to be ntioned how big of a deal that was. Having ultimate skills in the knight order was a prerequisite for being in the Seven Great Knight Order.
After the fall of the Temple of Light and Reinhardt’s comatose state, the order by all ans should have lost its status as one of the Seven Great Knight Orders. However, it did not. While several reasons played a part in it, one of them was that Bob was an ultimate skill user too.
Thanks to that, the order was able to sohow barely hang onto its status.
Of course, that was before; now that Reinhardt had awakened, he was going to change that status. From the tail end, he was going to make them the strongest out of the seven.
"Three, huh. Well, that’s not bad."
Given that in its peak, the Order had at least five people capable of using ultimate skill, the goal was still quite far away.
From holy knights, Reinhardt placed his attention on high ranking knights and True Knights. In the last expedition, all of them gained sothing or the other, and at this point, they were trying to make that into their weapon.
Fighting against them in groups were the squires who had deepened their understanding of their skill and fighting form and were now trying to solidify it.
He observed their battles, providing guidance where necessary. Under his instructions and thanks to the effects of the Myrrh potions, the mbers of the Temple of Light improved at a dizzying rate.
"Hm?"
Speaking of dizzying, he had been feeling a slight pulse from sothing inside his [Dinsional Storage].
Quickly, he activated his skill. A rift ford in front of him, and through it ca Tollivar’s hamr.
Whoosh... As if it had a mind of its own, it flew through the sky and ca down crashing in the middle of the training ground with a bang.
BAM... the sudden noise caught all the mbers by surprise. One by one, they turned towards the center of the field only to see a large hamr resting in the middle of a small crater.
The next second, they all unanimously turned towards Reinhardt as if asking what this was. A new training?
By now, they have started instinctively associating every weird instances happening around them with their Commander.
The latter felt awkward being stared at like that. Truth be said, even he himself was surprised by the sudden action of the hamr.
Reinhardt, with his order in tow, arrived before the hamr in the middle of the crater. At this mont, the heavy blue glow that it exuded and the nurous runes on it had beco dull, and it looked just like an ordinary warhamr.
"What are you trying to accomplish?" Saying that, he grabbed the hamr and was just about to lift it when the weapon conveyed its thought to him.
"Oh? There is soone worthy here?"
Reinhardt arched his brows and loosed his grip on the hamr. He then thought for a second before making up his mind.
"Alright, everyone, the training is over for the day. Now I want all of you to line up and try to lift the hamr one by one. Every day after you finish your training, you will try to lift it before leaving. It is a part of your training now," Reinhardt announced.
The mbers gave him a look that said- Not another weird trial. Nevertheless, no one complained. They all looked at the hamr, wondering what was special about the weapon that they had to lift it every day.
It was not a dumbbell or barbell that would help them train their bodies. While having these thoughts in mind, the holy knights were the ones to step up first.
Their commander did ntion that they all had to lift it. As such, even the Holy Knights were no exception from this new, weird training.
"Alright, lem see what this thing is made of."
Grinning confidently, Marcus stepped in front of the hamr. The next second, he grabbed its handle and lifted it, or tried to. However, to his intense shock, the hamr did not budge from its place.
"Heh, interesting." Nerves bulging, he tried again. "Earlier, I didn’t use my full strength. Let’s see how you don’t budge this ti".
Saying that, the knight applied his full strength, even going as far as to give a loud war cry to pump himself up.
The strength of a Holy Knight who had reached the mystical realm of level 8, which was out of reach for 90% of the knights, could be imagined.
Even with Pinnacle stat in his Strength stat, he was unable to lift the hamr.
