"Where are we going?"
"Hehe, it’s a surprise. But you will definitely like it".
A few monts later, they were back at the outer district.
"How is it? Is it just like you wished?"
Reinhardt glanced at the construct in front of him before nodding his head. His eyes contained slight surprise and admiration as he saw the building that was going to be the first ever shopping mall of the world.
As it turns out, the place they wanted to show him was the completed Mall.
"I rembered Lord Reinhardt being very passionate about this place, so I left no stone unturned and used all of my connections to get the things you described about".
Indeed, she got everything that he told her about in his description of what a shopping mall should look like.
Rising like a monunt, the ambitious mall which was yet to be nad, spanned for several city blocks. Its exterior was a fusion of enchanted obsidian and shimring glass.
Towering spires of polished blackstone frad the building’s outer structure, while massive arched skylights glisten with runes that pulse faintly at dusk.
Around its periter, floating lanterns cast soft golden light to provide plenty of illumination for the place. Needless to say, artifacts were used in the building’s construction.
The entrance is a grand crescent gate of translucent crystal, etched with the unique and tasteful design. Inside, the air is cool and perfud. The central atrium stretched skyward, capped by a dod ceiling of enchanted glass that shifted with the ti of day.
Floors were inlaid with marbles that had glowing veins pattern to guide visitors through multi tiered galleries. Each floor hosts thed wings like artisan boutiques, potion emporiums, garnts, and artifact stalls.
Elevators, another marvel of the artifacts, levitate silently between floors. A central fountain illuminated by lights anchored the space, surrounded by lounges, performance stages, and kiosks.
Screens were set up all around the interiors at intervals using theatrical technology to promote brands and products.
All of this, gathered into one place and used for a single purpose, was far ahead of its ti. In this fantasy world, the mall stood out like a brilliant gem.
"Thank you..." Reinhardt expressed his gratitude. He knew that gathering all these things wasn’t easy, yet they still managed to do it.
"No, you should thank Eleanor. Without her network, it would be impossible to find all of these things." lissa shook her head and pushed Eleanor forward.
"For this establishnt to beco the marvel that it is, she worked the hardest".
Reinhardt glanced at Eleanor, who fidgeted around, unable to match his eyes. While she did not say anything, he could tell just by looking at how the mall turned out, the amount of effort she put into it.
"Ah, you don’t have to thank or anything. It’s the least I could do for everything you have done for ". Before he could say anything, the woman expressively shook her hands. Her actions cute and adorable.
"Yeah," Reinhardt nodded.
After that, the two ladies showed him around the mall.
"Oh?" When they arrived at the topmost floor, or at least what it looked like from the inside, Reinhardt noticed sothing different.
"This is not the top floor, is it?"
The nurous artifacts used to conceal the place perfectly did their job of concealing the place. However, there was no eluding the senses of a man who stepped into the divine.
The ceiling above that depicted the sky outside was false and crafted using artifacts. There was in fact another floor after this.
"As expected of Sir Reinhardt. You are right".
Eleanor smiled, trotting ahead towards another lift, one that was secluded from the rest of the place.
"The brilliant and vibrant mall ends here. Starting from this place, a whole new world of fun and excitent starts, one that is reserved only for those deserving it".
It was indeed just like she said; the mont elevator doors parted, Reinhardt was greeted by a cascade of soft light refracted through floating crystal chandeliers.
The air was perfud with rare blossoms and enchanted incense that soothed the senses. Velvet carpets embroidered with golden thread made one feel like they were kings and guided them through a labyrinth of indulgence.
Glided Salons, Bars, Massage Chambers, Lounges... there were a lot of activities to choose from.
"Welco, Madam" the staff, all beautiful won at the pri of their beauty, greeted them.
Eleanor nodded, then pointed at Reinhardt and lissa behind her. "These are my special guests. Take care of them properly".
She did not introduce him as the Master of this place, as she knew that he was trying to hide this fact.
"It is our honor to serve the Governor and his secretary". The won bowed, accentuating their tantalizing bodies that could steal one’s breath.
"Haha, how is it? I trained them in every art that I know of. They will be your adept espionage agents from this point on".
From inside, a woman in her late fifties walked out. She had slight creases on her face, but overall, she seed to have maintained her body quite well. Furthermore, her presence was sothing else.
Even though she was not exuding any seduction, her slight gestures, the posture of her body, voice, and every little movent attracted one’s eyes.
The woman caught the frown on his face and smiled.
"Greeting, Lord Governor, it is an honor to et you".
Reinhardt returned the greeting with a nod of his head.
"Let introduce you. She is Madam Lily, the manager of this place. And also the person who taught these girls," Eleanor explained.
No wonder she had such an atmosphere about her; it turns out that she was a high class harlot, the peak of her field.
"Madam, he is the one I told you about".
"I can already guess, you don’t need to tell . But enough with the serious talks. Let us show your guests the kind of ambience and excitent we provide. As this place hasn’t opened up yet, you all will be our first custors".
