The commander of the Crimson Halberds was the first to make a move. His twin chain axes were set ablaze with extre hot fire.
"[Blood Spiral]," the latter activated his skill, and the two axes shot forward, spiraling around Reinhardt, attacking him from all directions.
CLANG... CLANG... These axes, as if they had a mind of their own, ca from unpredictable trajectories and were extrely fast. Even a high ranking knight would feel dread when facing such a skill.
Additionally, it was not just the weapon that one had to be careful of.
The intense fla they released caused a flaming tornado around Reinhardt. With such heat, even a high ranking knight would not co out unscathed.
That said...
"Hoh, not a bad skill. However, one can easily achieve the sa with [Limitless]; in fact, the transcendent state far outclasses your lousy skill."
[Limitless] - The swordless dominion. It is the final convergence of knight and weapon, where mastery transcends motion, and intent becos reality.
It is not a technique; it is a state of being. The knight no longer draws steel, for the steel has beco an extension of their soul. Every swing, every cut, every defense is executed by will alone, unbound by muscle, gravity, or form.
Using [Limitless], Reinhardt easily defended himself against the twin axes of his opponent. As for their annoying skill, with a simple deflection of the axes’ direction, it was disrupted. The two weapons collided with each other and fell down on the ground.
Now the knight commander was weaponless.
"What?!" The knight commander of the Crimson Halberds, who was a powerful level 8 knight, was stunned. He never expected his skill to be stopped so easily.
Additionally, since he did not master [Limitless] or the other transcendent states except for [One with the Sword], he could not even retrieve his weapon.
This is what happens when one relies heavily on skills. Fortunately, for the commander of the Crimson Halberds, Reinhardt did not want such tasteless warm up sessions.
As such, he threw the axes back toward their master.
"Co at all at once."
The six knight orders targeting him all gulped.
This ti, they did not dare look down on him. No matter how weak the Divine Paladin has beco, he was still a legend that had once reached level 10.
"We cannot underestimate him. Let’s coordinate our attacks and show him the power of our knight orders."
At those words from the commander of the Silver Tempest, the others nodded their heads. And so, all six knight orders attacked him together.
The mbers of the Crimson Halberds used their fla skills and weapon throwing techniques. Nurous axes, swords, and halberds flew into the air, flocking toward Reinhardt from all directions.
The Silver Tempest used their wind skills to kick up a storm. Their techniques enhanced the cutting power of their swords further, creating wind blades that could even slice through steel.
The Obsidian Fangs deployed their clone skills, creating multiple copies of themselves. Each of these clones only possessed a small portion of their strength and could not go far away from the main body. Nevertheless, with so many knights activating their skill, their numbers multiplied sharply.
Additionally, to make up for the weakness of their clones, they mastered another skill. [Venom Waltz] created a powerful skill that creates a fog of deadly poison around their weapons.
Even if it cannot kill a high ranking knight in one go, it can severely weaken their stats, and in that number, it was truly harmful.
"[Tectonic Rampage]."
The Ironhound Legion charged headfirst toward him, their fras covered in sturdy rocks that made them look more like golems, providing excellent offense and defense.
"[Thorn Prison]." The Verdant Fields plunged their swords into the ground, sprouting vines that were as thick as an adult human’s arm from the ground.
These vines that were laced with deadly thorns and released a sweet aroma tunneled under the ground and sprouted all around the Divine Paladin in an attempt to bind and restrict his movents.
"[Final Crescendo]." As for the Ashen Choir, they used a unique weapon: sound. Their blades drew sharp and unsettling sounds that flew toward their opponent. Their attack was invisible, intangible, and difficult to defend against.
All kinds of skills targeted Reinhardt. In front of such a barrage, even an Extre Knight would have to get serious. However, he was still all laid back and stretching his muscles.
Just as the onslaught of skills was about to reach him, Reinhardt’s hands moved. From the resting position, it directly transitioned into a powerful attack.
"[Holy Blade Arts] - Fourth Light... [Celestial Retribution]."
At that very instant, the maelstrom of skills reached him.
Vines ensnared, the spiral weapons blazed, the clones dived, the poison weapons flashed, the wind blades sliced through the air, and the invisible sound attacks blocked all of his exits.
At the sa ti, the mythril sword in his hand shone, and a simple, unrefined slash was executed.
Surprisingly enough, the next second, all the skills were deflected; no, it was even more incredible, the skills were all reflected back toward their users and at their full power.
[Holy Blade Arts] - Fourth Light - [Celestial Retribution].
"A parrying maneuver that can not only deflect all kinds of skills, but reflects them back at the enemy with the sa power as before. In short, it can counter all kinds of skills except for a few."
BOOM...
The incredulous sight of all their attacks getting reflected back at them with the sa power and speed was an event the six knight orders never considered in their plan.
In the end, the maelstrom of skill ant to take out the Divine Paladin ended up knocking out their own mbers.
A visually striking mana geyser erupted, causing a shockwave that devastated a large portion of the field.
Large swathes of land were flipped out, and an intense earthquake shook the area. The mana turbulence covered hundreds of ters of land in an instant.
By the ti it settled, all that was left was scorched bodies and a large crater.
