The only ones that were left were Reinhardt, Brutus, and Vanessa, the legendary three.
"They ran away again," Reinhardt grinned.
"Well, you can’t bla them. That skill of his is really annoying to deal with," Vanessa answered.
The reason why the other four commanders imdiately moved away from their place was because Brutus here always opened the battle whenever they fought with that skill of his. If you are a second late, there is no way to dodge it.
Brutus inhaled a deep breath of air; his chest expanded dramatically, and his eyes glowed like lava.
The next second.

A soundwave so powerful that it destroyed hundreds of ters of land in an instant and continued to spread everywhere was released.

At that mont, the sky scread, and the world turned red. That’s right, the sky above the valley for a couple of miles turned red from the pressurized heat that was released upward.
"Heh, you blocked that, huh?" Brutus grinned fiercely; his eyes contained slight traces of surprise.
"Well, I’m a level 10 hero too, you know. Besides, I have a reason why I cannot make a weak stand." Reinhardt smiled, matching the other party’s aggression.
After what happened four years ago, many people have started doubting his strength and whether or not his level has gone down.
It was not only Guren and the other knights, the ordinary citizens too. Right now, when this entire thing was being live broadcast to the citizens of the kingdom, it was his perfect chance to set the record straight and show them that he hadn’t gotten weaker.

In the sa breath, before the large cross could finish swinging fully, the Saintess twisted her body, shifting her center of gravity on her left foot and kicking him with her right.
BANG... The kick was extrely fast and the force behind the impact was so great that had it been any other hero, they would no doubt be sent flying just like Brutus.
However, the knight facing her was no level 10 hero from the past; no, he was soone who had taken a step beyond the realm of heroes.
BAM... Reinhardt caught the foot before it could slam into him; the wind from the kick rustled his now short hair.

A part of the valley was imdiately destroyed. The shockwaves carved canyons into the valley floor, flinging boulders like grains of sand.
When the light and destruction settled, the two legendary knights were already gone, swept away by the blast of the shockwave.
In their place now stood Zargeus, the [Thunder Lord].
