Divine Paladin was the most demon like and scariest being in the world.
Run! That was the only thought in Malmond’s mind.
Reinhardt did not turn his head and simply ordered in an offhanded manner, "Do not kill him now. He needs to be brought in front of the council first."
The mont his words fell, his shadow quivered and an erald green streak of light cut through the air, appearing before the running Earl Malmond like a ghost.
She had green highlighted hair and a cold, beautiful face. She was decked in a tight leather outfit that accentuated her srising curves. The chains of her leather suit were lowered to her abdon, showcasing her smooth, flat stomach and her generous bust.
Who else could this beautiful reaper be other than Karina?
Before Earl Malmond even realised her presence, she swept her leg, causing him to stumble and fall.
Karina did not care for his appearance or his status; she grabbed him by the foot and dragged him towards her master.
Cough... Cough... The demon who was suspended in the air coughed. The divine mana earlier was just enough to erase any resistance from the latter.
"Why?!"
"Hm?"
"WHY? WHY? Why is the curse not working?! WHY ARE YOU NOT DYING!? WHAT IN THE DEMON LORD’S NA ARE YOU!?"
The demon used all of its energy to wring out those few words. It looked like it was suffering from a complete ntal breakdown.
Hearing the demon’s words, Reinhardt simply smiled without bothering to answer. These fools, it was a mistake from the start for them to think that they could kill him.
Perhaps their careful planning and execution might have worked against the previous Reinhardt. However, he was different. He was no longer the sa man; no, he was a different soul who had reincarnated into this body and received generous rewards from the god.
He had many skills, titles, and divine traits to counter all the traps they laid for him. What was it about him being weak against curses?

Thanks to these two Divine Traits, they completely negated any dark forces from affecting him. In fact, these traits were the reason why the Curse of the Demon Lord placed on his body more than four years ago, was burned out of existence when he reincarnated in this world.

Reinhardt’s words were like the last nail in the coffin. It made the demon finally understand what kind of monstrosity the race of demonkind was up against.
With [Eyes of Divine Clarity] activated, he looked around. It looked like the demon’s master had stopped peering. No, rather than stopped, it was more like the view was severed when he used the Fifth Light earlier.
To peer using so powerful ans, the likes of which was really difficult to track. Looks like he was starting to attract the attention of so big shots of the Forces of Darkness.
Be that as it may, as much as he wanted to track and destroy these tumours out of existence, he was pressed for ti. It looked like his dear subordinates were in a pinch right now.
"Look after her," Reinhardt instructed Karina. The direction he glanced at was where the woman with a veil was standing motionless.
The assassin nodded her head, understanding her assignnt.
And so, he flung the demon and smashed him onto the tower’s floor with such force that the entire tower trembled. This ti, he used a tiny bit of his real strength, the power of the Divine.
As a result, the entire floor crumbled down.

Royal Palace, Throne Room...
Under the combined attacks of the squires, the Cerberus’s three heads dropped down, and it tucked its wings around itself like a cocoon, almost in a manner that spoke of its defeat. For a mont, just for that instant, it looked like they were winning.
However, they couldn’t be any more wrong. The Cerberus hiding in the safety of its own wings was not actually a sign of it being defeated, but rather a behaviour that indicated it was about to shift to its next phase.
ROARRRR...
The Cerberus gave a deafening roar, causing the floor and pillars to crack. The monstrous spirit within the beast surged forth. And then, in a nightmarish fashion, the fur on the Cerberus began to change.
From pitch black to a hellish, molten crimson, the colour of lava. At the sa ti, a powerful pressure crashed over the squires. It made them want to drop their weapons and retreat.
Clearly, the howl was a debuff attack that lowered their spirits and morale. As could be seen, many of the squires had already lost their will to battle and fell on the ground, unable to even raise their bodies.
Unlike High Ranking and Elite Knights, they didn’t have any titles to resist the debuff with.
The situation was far from hopeful. Simply facing the legendary monster was already extrely difficult. Yet now they realised that it had a phase 2. How can one still have fighting spirit after that?
Nevertheless, trained under the hellish regis of Reinhardt, the squad still stood on their feet.
There were a couple of others, all of them from the Seven Great Knight Orders. Despite facing the mountain like pressure that threatened to consu them, they did not lose their spirits.
The Cerberus, having shifted to its more powerful form, lifted its heads high. Crimson light gathered in its throats, and the temperature of the entire throne room rose sharply.
