That said, Reinhardt was not offended at all because he knew that was just how this person was. What’s more, the other party also held the rank to speak to him in equal terms, after all, they were the Vice Commander of this Order, Ryley.
Not many knights knew about him, especially the new recruits, since the latter was always busy with office work to make an appearance. However, Ryley was no doubt a part of the order.

On his directives, the demi humans settled in an area that was not far from the Lumiose City and were building a new village there. Of course, for that to happen, a boatload of things need to be set up first.

It was as he said, even though he was the acting Vice Commander, in terms of ability, he was only at level 4. If not for the fact that he could make up for the areas he was lacking with his intellect, soone like him would never be able to join the knight orders.
In that aspect, the order of the Temple of Light was quite peculiar to have chosen him.
"Believe , I would have recruited them if there was soone eligible".
"Well, it cannot be helped for the ti being. The seat left behind by the previous Vice Commander is that big after all. For now, I am fine acting as the Vice Commander, but I am not really suited for it. I am the strategist for god’s sake".
"Haha, I’ll do my best".
"By the way, Commander, before you leave, can I ask one thing? Why did you go so far as to help the demi humans migrate? Ryley placed the docunt in his hand down and looked at him.
Why did he bring the demi humans here huh? Well, as a person from the modern earth, he didn’t want their race to go extinct from this planet. If he had to say, that would be his answer; he pitied them.
That said, that was not what Ryley was looking for. As the commander of one of the Seven Great Knight Orders, it was his duty to be chivalrous. However, he was the knight of Solaris; his first and foremost priority should be to his kingdom and his people.
With the forces of darkness continuously attacking the inhabitable lands, more and more people displaced from the borderlands are pouring into the Seven Great Kingdoms.
More residents ant more mouths to feed. Even if he was a Commander, he could not just make a decision like that arbitrarily. In fact, although he had harboured the demi humans in the Arcknight territory, it was only temporarily.
He has to give an account to the crown and convince them of the benefits and only then will this work. That said, the answer he could co up with from his experience after being in contact with them was—
"They are strong!".
Everything else aside, the very fact that these demi humans from the Toto village were able to survive as long as they did after the fall of their nation and civilisation was sothing to be admired for.
The struggle to survive and fight for their livelihood in an extre environnt where they would be dead if they showed any weakness, had honed them into the most finest of warriors.
It was that zeal and drive that refused to give up even in the face of despair that Reinhardt brought them here.
