Jun Yexun filed to keep his laughter in as he stared at the blank-faced Qiao Qing who had no idea how to react.
“It’s okay, auntie. Qingqing didn’t sleep well last night. It’s normal for her to be a little hazy.”
He Wanqing heard the “didn’t sleep well” part and thought there was some hidden meaning behind those words. She then flashed a motherly smile.
“That’s true. You’ve already gone so far, there’s no need for me to make a big deal out of you two sharing a bowl.”

With a “bang”, she slammed the bowl back onto the table. “I’m done eating.”
Jun Yexuan grabbed onto her wrist. “Finish your meal. You’re already so skinny. When I touch you, there are no more than two pounds of flesh. Why are you still trying to lose weight?”

Beside him, his subordinate was booking a hotel on the phone and asked while he was on hold, “Seventh young master, aren’t you here to find third young master? Why are you staying in a hotel?”
The man pushed up his sunglasses, “There’s no rush in finding my third brother. I will go and meet up with his girlfriend first.”
Then, he took a look at his watch, “Go get my car first. On your way, buy a bouquet of roses.”

Qiao Qing walked to school, annoyed. The moment she arrived, she found the normally quiet classroom to be in chaos.
