Lu Jiahao was stifled by Qiao Qing’s words. He snickered, “You don’t have your dad’s skills but you sure talk big. I’ve heard of your dad. And I’m familiar with your name as well. If it’s your dad who’s standing before me right now, I’d gladly play against him for the next game. But, you, hehe, you aren’t worthy to play against me.”
He then gave Zhang Liang a look, “Zhang Liang, teach her a lesson. After you’re done, we’ll leave. From what I can see, people from the City of Brisk sure are crazy. They’re so desperate, they are willing to invite up the least capable person.”
Everyone down there felt angered yet again by his words. The way they looked at Lu Jiahao was like they were looking at a nemesis.
Zhang Liang put down his bag and came to the Go board, “You want to be black or white?”
He had lost that last game. So that meant it wasn’t up to him to decide which color he wanted.
Ye Fan suddenly spoke up, “Since I won him last round, I should be the one she plays against.”
Lu Jiahao glanced over Qiao Qing’s face and laughed, “I thought well of that guy. I thought he had some potential. However, it seems like he’s a fool when it es to beauty. For a girl, he’s willing to destroy his future.”
“Even if you let her win, she won’t be able to win against Dong Rui. Your original victory would also be wiped out. Why would you do that?”
“You don’t need to worry about him.” Ye Fan responded and then sat down in the seat Zhang Liang was going to take.
Then, he looked up to Qiao Qing, “Qingqing, let’s start.”
Qiao Qing took her hands out of her pockets and sat down.
Everyone exchanged looks, all a little surprised.
Why were people from their own city playing against each other?
After what Lu Jiahao had said, all of them were feeling a drum beating in their heart.
Before the TV, Ye Hong smashed his remote control, “That bastard! He sucks at Go but he sure has tricks up his sleeves! He’s grasping onto every opportunity possible to play against Qingqing! No! I am going to end our grandfather-grandson relationship for 10 days!”

He didn’t think the match between these two was worth watching and he wanted to leave this place badly. So, he didn’t even watch the match from the big screen.
