Chapter 143: Sophia and Orion I
Those were the only words Orion needed to hear.
Orion’s gaze, dark and intense, devoured her. He leaned in, his lips finding hers again, not with the tentative exploration of monts before, but with a hungry certainty that stole her breath.
Her mouth softened beneath his, parting slightly, inviting. A low hum vibrated in her throat, a sound of pure yielding, as her hands instinctively found purchase on his broad shoulders, fingers digging into the thick wool of his tunic, pulling him tighter still.
His scent, cedar and smoke, musky male and sothing wild, untad, filled her senses, an intoxicating haze that blurred the edges of the flickering firelight, the sturdy walls of his ho, even the mory of her own na.
All that existed was the press of his body against hers, the insistent warmth of his mouth, the dizzying plunge of his tongue as it sought hers, intertwining, dancing. The movent was an invitation she opened up to, willingly.
He released a deep groan that seed to resonate within her and then, without breaking the kiss, he lifted her.
Her feet left the rough wolf-fur rug, her legs instinctively wrapping around his waist, her body molding against his hard fra.
He held her easily like she didn’t weigh anything. Not even minding the fact that his injury wasn’t properly healed. One arm wrapped around her lower back as he deepened the kiss, devouring her mouth with an intensity that promised possession. Their tongues intertwined around each other and Sophia though clumsy, followed his lead.
And perhaps her instincts too. Her fingers tangled in his hair, tugging gently. It was an unspoken plea for more and Orion understood it.
He carried her across the room, the short distance feeling like an eternity, until the edge of the heavy oak desk pressed against the backs of her thighs.
He lowered her slowly, her body sliding down his, the friction a sweet tornt. She landed with a soft thud, the maps and scrolls scattering slightly with the movent.
With her legs still wrapped around him, she pulled him closer. Sophia never thought that a kiss could be this exhilarating and sweet at the sa ti, consuming. She had read about this in books but now she was experiencing it and she didn’t want him to stop.
Orion’s hips pressed into hers, and there was a hard undeniable presence. He broke the kiss giving her ti to breathe and chuckled as she did so but trailed kisses down her jaw. Little kisses that made her release the most breathtaking sound he had ever heard from her.
"Sophia," he murmured against her pale skin.
"Yes." She said between breaths.
"You know you can breathe while I kiss you right?" He asked her.
"Really?" She asked him with a frown.
Orion chuckled and stared at her like he could not believe what just ca out from her mouth. His lips twitched crazily like he was monts away from laughing fully but she narrowed her eyes at him and he tried to compose himself.
"Oh, how my inexperience is funny to you." She said with an eye roll and tried to push him off although it lacked heat.
Orion chuckled. "I’m not laughing at you but rather the situation. I didn’t even realize you were holding your breath the whole ti." He told her.
She smiled proudly. "That’s because I’m a genius."
He chuckled then placed a kiss on her lips but this ti, he made sure to tell her to breathe and this ti, she tried to do so.
He broke the kiss again and she made a sound of protest but he just shook his head instead, a faint smile on his lips.
His hands traced her cheekbones, her lips, the curve of her nose, everywhere could trace. As much as he wanted this, he also knew he had to take things slow and also, he had to give her the opportunity to turn him down at any point she felt like.
"This is your last chance, shorty." He said the na affectionately that Sophia didn’t mind him calling her short at that mont. "Push away, if we continue, there’s no stopping."
"Is this a kink of yours or sothing?" She asked him.
"I’m not joking." He told her truthfully.
"Neither am I."
Her blue orbs t his as she stared at him. She felt everything Orion was feeling at that mont. She was scared, yes but she wanted it. Gods knew where the courage ca from, perhaps it was all the alcohol she consud now taking over her brain, but she didn’t care. After all, it was just liquid courage, she knew what she was getting herself into and it’s not like she would be running from him the next day.
"I’m not pushing you away. I want this." She told him.
There was a breath of silence between them, he stared at her and she stared right back. Orion had no idea how soone as innocent as she was could also be this tempting.
He released a groan, a sound that vibrated through her bones, and then his mouth was on hers once more.
This ti, Orion didn’t just kiss her, his hands slid from her cheek down to her back then to her hips, cupping them. He lifted her slightly so she could feel his erection in her core and ground against her slightly.
Noctis, sighed in appreciation once more from the contact. Orion didn’t even notice that his wolf was enjoying this perhaps even more than he was at the mont. He was just concentrated on Sophia.
He broke the kiss again, his breath hot against her cheek, and began to pepper kisses along her jawline, down her throat, to the delicate hollow at its base. Her head fell back, exposing the pale column of her neck, a silent invitation. He took it, his lips and tongue tracing a path of fire, his teeth nipping gently at her skin, eliciting a soft moan from her.
The earrings, the silver-and-blue stones he had given her, brushed against his cheek as he moved, a cool contrast to the heat building between them.
"I’m going to take your clothes off, Sophia." He told her.
She only gave him a nod. Orion smiled as he started removing her clothes, slowly while staring into her eyes. When he was done, he kneeled, his face right in front of her glistening pussy.
Her eyes widened and she realised what was about to happen. At that point, it was like the lust clouded haze reduced a bit.
