Munni couldn’t help but find his attitude a bit amusing and directly said, "I ran into your lover at your house, so it’s better not to let Bruce be a third wheel."

Yisen ignored the faint sarcasm in Munni’s tone, "I’ve been waiting for you and Bruce for a long ti."

"Um, don’t wait." As soon as Munni’s words fell, Yisen heard Fujino Doxu and Yuan Chengmo urging her to get in the car from the other end of the phone.

"I’m busy right now, let’s talk later." After finishing her sentence, she didn’t give Yisen a chance to respond and directly hung up the phone.

On this end of the phone, Yisen held the phone, feeling a kind of lancholy like a little wife abandoned.

When Tang Haoliang ca over, Yisen was extrely bored reading in the study.

With his understanding of Yisen, it wasn’t hard to see that Yisen was in a bad mood at the mont.

After hesitating for a while, he still asked, "Chairman, the general manager of the entertainnt company just called to say that Director Chen has signed Xia Yuge as the supporting female lead in a new movie, and asked if you have any intention to sponsor?"

Yisen lifted his cold eyes, looked at Tang Haoliang standing not far away, and said succinctly, "Decline."

Instinctively, Tang Haoliang showed a puzzled "Huh?"

As soon as the sound fell, he realized his faux pas, quickly lowered his head slightly, and answered seriously, "Yes, I understand."

In his heart, though, he found it strange that Yisen refused to sponsor the movie Xia Yuge was to participate in.

"From now on, you don’t need to report to about things concerning Yu Ge one by one. Let President Liu decide as he would for other stars."

Tang Haoliang raised his head in surprise, while Yisen had already retracted his gaze and was staring at the book in his hand.

"Yes, Chairman."

The aning in Yisen’s words was crystal clear to Tang Haoliang... he intended to give up on promoting Xia Yuge!

This move would be quite detrintal to Xia Yuge, and the person involved, Xia Yuge, would probably feel it soon.

...

Munni, Yuan Chengmo, and Fujino Doxu hadn’t gathered together for a long ti.

In this rare reunion, the three had endless topics to talk about, and it was nearly midnight before they each went their separate ways ho.

Feeling very happy, Munni drank quite a bit. On arriving ho, she felt inexplicably down facing the large, lifeless house.

Bruce heard her opening the door, quickly got up from the sofa in the living room, rushed to the entrance, and barked twice at Munni, who was standing there with a slight hint of drunkenness.

Munni slowly squatted down, picked up Bruce, and gently petted his sleek fur.

"Bruce."

With a soft call, she suddenly rembered Yisen’s slightly aggrieved complaint on the phone at noon about not sending Bruce over to his house.

She stood there, conflicted for a few seconds, then held Bruce in one arm, turned the door handle with the other, and left the house.

Just as Yisen was about to go to bed, an urgent doorbell rang in his ear; the other party was incessantly pressing the bell, making him involuntarily furrow his brows slightly.

He picked up the tablet on the bedside table, turned on the monitor, and was surprised to see Munni and Bruce standing outside the door.

The next mont, he casually tossed the tablet onto the bed and hurriedly got up to open the door.

"Munni, why are you here?"

Yisen opened the door, slightly lowered his head, and stared at Munni, who was expressionless. His delicate brows slowly unfurled into a trace of delight.

Munni extended Bruce in front of Yisen, "Here."
