When Qin Muni woke up in the morning, it was already ten o’clock. After a night’s sleep, her body had obviously improved. Her head no longer hurt, her throat was still a bit uncomfortable, but not as painful as yesterday.
She got up, washed up, and changed clothes. When she stepped out of the room, she saw Xu Yisen coming from the room next door.

As they spoke, Xu Yisen was already stepping closer to her, and then he stopped in front of her.

The phone had been off for two days. Upon booting up, the screen showed five missed calls from Xu Yisen, two from Yuan Chenghe, and two unread ssages from Xu Yisen.

Qin Muni amusingly glanced at Xu Yisen beside her, "With our relationship, do I need to report to you where I go?"
"Of course. With our relationship, it’s naturally different."
Xu Yisen deliberately emphasized the pronunciation of our relationship, with a faint mischievous smile in his eyes as he looked at Qin Muni.
The elevator dinged, and the doors slowly opened the next second.

"Yisen, I just wanted to hear your voice."
On the other end of the line, Xia Yuge’s choked voice reached Xu Yisen’s ears. He pressed his fingers against his brow in resignation and said, "Yu Ge, don’t be foolish. I’ve already made everything clear to you."
"But... I still like you! Very much!"
Facing her confession, Xu Yisen’s face showed no hint of joy, and he spoke blandly, "I’m a bit busy, let’s talk later."
