He released the grip on Munni’s wrist, lifted her chin, and without hesitation, leaned down to kiss her soft lips.
Munni’s red lips were unexpectedly seized by Xu Yisen, his overwhelming masculine aura engulfing her completely.
She bit down on her pearly teeth, giving Yisen no opportunity to delve deeper. Yet Yisen, already intimately familiar with her body, was not displeased by her resistance and continued to punishingly nibble on Munni’s red lips.
Munni’s hands pressed against his chest, attempting to break free from his hold and push him away.
However, even with all her strength, Xu Yisen remained unyielding.
Munni then reached out and pinched Xu Yisen’s waist fiercely, but fortunately for him, the suit he wore dulled any sensation of pain.
He finally released Munni’s lips. Perhaps it was because he had at last kissed the woman he’d longed for, his mood lightened significantly.
He laughed softly, his clear and lodious voice resonating pleasantly in the quiet hallway.
"It’s only been a few days, and your temper has flared up again."
Already irate from Yisen’s actions, Munni was further provoked by his teasing tone, making her even more frantic.
She gritted her teeth and replied in a low voice, "A temper pampered by Nan Qing."
"Looks like I need to teach you a good lesson."
With those words, he leaned down once more to kiss Munni’s red lips.
Not until Munni was gasping for air did Xu Yisen reluctantly let her go.
Finally free, Munni leaned against the wall, her hands still around Xu Yisen’s waist, her lips, reddened by the kiss, parted as she breathed lightly.
Staring down at her, Yisen’s dark eyes surged like turbulent waves.
Munni, having taken in enough oxygen, gradually regained clarity in her mind. She abruptly released her grip on Yisen’s waist and shoved him away forcefully.
Unprepared, Xu Yisen was pushed back two steps by her sudden strength.
Those two steps were enough for Munni to break free from his constraints.
Munni turned and hurriedly fled from Xu Yisen.
Upon exiting the ergency passage, she found Ji Nanqing and Tang Haoliang sitting together not far away at the entrance of a n’s clothing store, waiting for her and Yisen.
She quickly approached them and said to Ji Nanqing, "Let’s go, let’s go back."
As Ji Nanqing stood up, he casually asked, "Where’s your ex-husband?"
Munni shot him an annoyed glance, "I don’t know."
With those words, she turned on her heel and left, and after casually bidding farewell to Tang Haoliang, Ji Nanqing quickly caught up with Munni.
