When Munni woke up, Xu Yisen was leaning against the headboard reading a book.
Hearing the slight movent beside him, he glanced down at Munni, eting her half-squinted eyes unexpectedly.
There was a dangerous gleam in her eyes as if silently accusing Xu Yisen’s beastly behavior last night.
Xu Yisen habitually reached out and patted her head, saying gently, "Good morning, Munni."
"Didn’t you promise last night that you’d be good and just sleep, doing nothing else?"
"Silly girl, how could you believe such words from a man?"
"...!"
Munni was montarily at a loss for words, unable to respond to Yisen’s shalessness.
She reached down to the carpet, picking up the robe Yisen had discarded last night, and swiftly put it on, tying a knot at the waist before getting out of bed.
Just as she was about to step out of the tent, she suddenly heard Yisen’s rogue-like voice from behind, "Munni, let’s continue tonight."
Munni stopped in her tracks, turned her head to glare at Yisen angrily, then quickly walked out of the tent.
The hotel was right by the seaside, so the morning breeze carried a hint of sea scent, refreshing and pleasant.
Munni stretched lazily, looking at the pleasant scenery ahead, and couldn’t help but smile.
"Let’s head back to the room to freshen up, eat breakfast, and then go play by the sea."
Yisen was already following Munni out of the tent, standing beside her, gazing at her indulgently with her face full of leisure.
Munni glanced back at Yisen, then lightly nodded, "Hmm."
With those words, she turned and walked towards the interior, and as the sensor detected their approach, the door automatically opened.
Inside stood Li Yiqin, who had been waiting for them for quite so ti, bowing slightly in greeting them, "Good morning, Chairman, Director Qin."
Yisen nodded slightly, rare to restrain his aloof deanor, and slightly curved his lips in praise, "Good morning, Manager Li, you did an excellent job with yesterday’s instructions."
"Thank you, Chairman."
Munni couldn’t help but discern what Yisen had instructed yesterday, and inwardly scorned him before stepping forward to press the elevator button, causing the doors to open automatically.
Xu Yisen and Li Yiqin followed her into the elevator, and when they descended to the twenty-third floor, the three of them left the elevator and returned to the presidential suite.
Munni and Yisen took a bath in the room. After they had freshened up and eaten breakfast, they changed into outfits and went to the beach next to the hotel to play.
Though it was already December, the weather in F City was still warm as spring, with no sign of winter.
Owing to the fine weather, the beach was filled with nurous tourists enjoying this rare peaceful ti.
The morning sun was very warm, without any hint of heat, casting a gentle warmth on the skin that was utterly nostalgic.
Munni lay on a sun lounger on the beach, basking in the sun. She wore sunglasses perched on her nose, her gaze rapidly scanning the people passing by in front of her.
Yisen lay on a sun lounger beside her, enjoying the sun’s rays as well.
