After a quick shower and getting dressed, they were nearly two hours late.
On the way to the restaurant, Munni sent a text to Zhang Chufeng, apologizing for their tardiness and ntioning they were already on their way.
Zhang Chufeng replied that it was no problem, that with Xu Yisen still recovering, it was fine to take their ti.
Just as Munni was about to put down her phone, it vibrated again with a ssage from the bank, showing a deposit of two billion.
She glanced at the ssage, then looked at Xu Yisen, lounging like a satisfied cat next to her, and a teasing smile appeared on her lips. "Why do I feel like I’m selling myself here?"
Yisen withdrew his gaze from the window and chuckled at her comnt, "Didn’t Marx say that marriage is a disguised form of selling oneself? And it’s legal and long-term."
His tone was carefree, with a hint of teasing.
Finishing his sentence, he reached out and gently touched Munni’s fair cheek. "Marrying such a beautiful woman, I can’t pretend to be Liu Xia Hui."
Munni disdainfully brushed aside Yisen’s hand from her face, pouting and muttering, "And you think it’s okay to be such a rogue."

Yisen’s tone was playful, like a cheeky rascal teasing a respectable woman, yet instead of being repulsive, he appeared charming in a mischievous way.
"Speaking of which, your idea of setting up house rules isn’t bad. Just as we have so ti now, let’s list the rest of the rules."
Yisen took Munni’s left hand that was resting on his leg, caressing the back of her hand. Her skin was smooth like silk, a touch he couldn’t help but love.
He didn’t really listen to Munni, engrossed in playing with her fingers, so when he heard her speak, he just nodded absentmindedly, "Mm-hmm."
Munni noticed his distracted manner, a mischievous smile on her lips, and continued, "Let’s establish rule number three: No initiating intimate encounters unless the wife makes the first move."
"Mm-hmm."
Yisen nodded nonchalantly again, as he did before, but a few seconds later, he realized what Munni had just said.
He quickly looked up at the victorious-smiling Munni, protesting, "That’s not fair."
"You agreed, why go back on your word now? Protest denied."
Yisen stopped caressing her hand, opting instead to intertwine their fingers tightly.
"Honey, it’s too unfair for you to always be the one to initiate. I feel it’s my duty as a husband to take charge on this front, you just need to enjoy it."
Whenever Yisen was with Munni, it was like a horse in mating season, as she complained, "You never restrain yourself, I’ve forgotten what feeling good even ans, just feel exhausted."
"Got it, tonight I’ll make sure you rember what feeling good is like."
Munni suddenly felt her own words might have given Yisen more reason to be proactive.
She hurriedly corrected herself, "That’s not what I ant."
