Xu Yisen gazed at her with those deep eyes hidden beneath an endless sky, within them slowly rippling a heartwarming tenderness and doting affection.
His actions inexplicably amused Qin Muni, she slightly curled her red lips, her smile carrying a hint of mischief, and in a voice only the two of them could hear, she said, "Tsk tsk, showing your kindness to an ex-wife in front of so many people is not a good idea."
Upon hearing her teasing words, Xu Yisen’s tightly pursed lips gently lifted, and for a mont, it seed like the clouds dispersed and the sun ca out, so warm and bright that one couldn’t look away.

Qin Muni didn’t respond, her amused gaze passing over him, landing on Xia Yuge behind him, looking at his back with a hurt expression.
Feeling Qin Muni’s gaze, Xia Yuge also turned her eyes to Qin Muni, and when their eyes t, an arrogant and mischievous smile suddenly blood between Qin Muni’s brows. She parted her red lips slightly and crisply uttered two words, "Sure."
It was as if Xu Yisen was oblivious to Xia Yuge standing behind him, ignoring her the entire ti.
Xia Yuge’s hands at her sides clenched into fists uncontrollably, the green tendons faintly visible on the back of her pale hands indicating her agitated emotions at that mont.
The glances from the surrounding onlookers carried a hint of mockery and pity for her.

She coldly brushed off Xu Yisen’s hand from her shoulder, stepping into the elevator first, "Thanks for the rescue earlier."
Her sudden change in attitude left Xu Yisen slightly at a loss, he retracted his hand and slipped it into his suit pocket, "Would you like to grab a drink together?"
"No, Bruce is still waiting for at ho."
Xu Yisen raised an eyebrow slightly, pausing for two seconds before speaking again, "Can I co see it?"
The golden elevator doors faintly reflected the upright and slender silhouette of the man beside her, Qin Muni’s red lips curled into an extrely sarcastic smile, yet she didn’t respond to Xu Yisen.
