507: Chapter 507 Corpse-Driving Technique 507: Chapter 507 Corpse-Driving Technique Everyone on the field felt like they’d gotten their bad breath out, looking down at the Polytechnic guy lying on the ground with a disdainful chuckle.

Soone shouted, “Why did this son of a bitch give in?

I thought he was a tough guy!”

“What tough guy, bullshit, he’s just a bully against the weak and fears the strong.”

“Well taught, soone like him needs to be put in his place, acting all high and mighty.”

Seeing the team leader concede, the others from the team reluctantly called out the word “Grandpa” as well.

They had no choice but to call out; when Long Fei’s gaze swept over them, they all started trembling.

“Good boys, calling out earlier would have spared you all this trouble!”

He laughed loudly, walking away with Lin Shanshan and the other two.

There were also Polytechnic guys around, who stepped aside to let him pass, not daring to say another word.

A crowd of them looked on with admiration, finally understanding why he could hang out with three school beauties.

Back with the girls from the art departnt, Ding Xue was bombarded with their chirpy questions, “Xue, what’s that man’s na?

Is he your boyfriend?”

“Xue, your boyfriend is way too handso, can you introduce us to him?”

“Xue, get him to co over and et us, will you?”

Ding Xue gave a dry chuckle, blushing as she urged them to go to sleep.

She ran over to join Long Fei and Lin Shanshan, along with Li Wenwen, in that secluded corner, continuing to eat and drink around the fire.

Ding Xue asked curiously, “Did you just have a run-in with that group of guys?”

“Yeah!”

Lin Shanshan smiled as she told her about the drifting incident.

Ding Xue had a sudden realization and finally understood why the guys harbored such resentnt towards Long Fei.

When Lin Shanshan arrived, she had prepared three tents.

One was set up outside the valley to hold their spot, leaving two remaining.

The tents were small; they could fit three people but it would be a bit cramped.

With Ding Xue’s arrival, sleeping arrangents beca a problem.

Long Fei took the initiative to give up his tent to them, letting Lin Shanshan and Li Wenwen share one, while Ding Xue took the other.

He and Bald Dog would ditate outside as the night air in the mountains was good.

Although there was no Spiritual Energy in this area, ditating was still very comfortable.

The three beauties washed up in the river and after greeting Long Fei, they crawled into their tents.

Exhausted from the day, they no longer had the energy to stay up late.

Long Fei sat in front of the fire, taking out so Moutai from his Storage Ring for a drink under the moonlight.

Bald Dog, attracted by the scent of alcohol, sat opposite Long Fei, wagging its tail.

Long Fei poured a cup of liquor, filling it to the brim for the dog.

Bald Dog bit into the cup and gulped it down, smacking its lips and saying, “Why didn’t you take out the good stuff earlier!

That beer tastes like horse piss; it’s got no flavor at all.”

Long Fei frowned, “You’ve been drinking?”

Bald Dog pointed at the bottle in front of him, “Yeah, I tried a bit while you were playing basketball.

It really wasn’t much to write ho about.”

Long Fei felt disgusted and recalled wondering why there was a fishy taste when he was drinking earlier; it turns out this son of a bitch had tampered with his bottle.

He grabbed Bald Dog’s mouth and poured the remaining beer down its throat.

Bald Dog howled, “Help, I’m being killed by a dog murderer!”

It downed half a bottle of beer in one go and lay on the ground, retching and vomiting bile.

Long Fei chastised, “If you ever dare to touch my stuff again, I’m going to skin you and turn it into a hat.”

“Such a prude, my mouth isn’t clean enough for you?”

Bald Dog muttered under its breath, biting into a fish and crunching away, blood and juices flying.

Long Fei shook his head, and looking again made it even more disgusting.

The pleasant atmosphere was completely ruined.

He had wanted to compose a poem, maybe it would have been passed down through the ages!

In the middle of the night, the previously noisy students gradually quieted down, leaving only the sound of the flowing river by the ear.

In the distance, a faint sound of bells carried over, which Long Fei initially thought was just the sound of wind chis sowhere, but then it started to sound off.

The sound of the bells was erratic, captivating like an enigmatic chant.

Bald Dog perked up his ears and said in a cautious tone, “Sothing’s wrong with that sound.”

Long Fei had also noticed and asked him to guard Lin Shanshan and the other two.

Following the sound of the bells, he climbed up the stone steps towards the slope of the mountain.

The sound was coming from higher up, likely halfway up the mountain.

There was a statue of Da Yu controlling the waters at the top, with a small plaza in front of it.

Legend had it that Da Yu had once dredged the river there and captured an Evil Dragon, hence the commorative statue.

Long Fei felt that this was probably just a story concocted by the scenic area managers, as nowadays all attractions emphasize cultural heritage.

Long Fei stood on the statue and looked around before shouting loudly, “Which fellow Daoist is here?

Why hide in the shadows?”

A burst of wild laughter followed, and two people erged from behind the statue.

One was dressed in a Daoist robe, about forty years old, with a goatee and a sly look in his eyes.

He held a bronze bell in his left hand and a Money Sword in his right.

His abilities were unknown, but he certainly looked the part.

The other was dressed like a rich young master—it was none other than Xudong.

Long Fei had encountered him once before at the entrance to the valley and had waited for him a day, never expecting him to take action here.

The Daoist looked at Long Fei with contempt and laughed sinisterly, “You little fellow have so skills to even detect the sound of my Soul-Attracting Bell.”

Just now, he had been casting spells from above, preparing to deal with Long Fei with the sound of the Soul-Attracting Bell, but Long Fei had noticed.

Long Fei said calmly, “So it seems, you’ve co for revenge?”

Xudong cursed imdiately, “Isn’t that obvious?

You killed my brother; are you pretending not to know?”

Long Fei replied, “True, your brother’s death has sothing to do with , but it was his own fault.

If you want to think I killed him, that’s fine too.”

Xudong snorted coldly, “Facing death, and still acting tough.

Do you think just because you know a bit of magic, you can do as you please?”

He looked at the Daoist with admiration and said, “This is Master Wang Kun, whom I t in Arica.

He is an expert in taphysics, capable of refining the dead to serve as Netherworld Soldiers and Generals, killing you would be as easy as crushing an ant.”

“Is that so?”

Long Fei smiled faintly and challenged them, “In that case, let’s skip the chatter.

Master Wang, start your performance!”

“You are courting death!”

Wang Kun was infuriated by his dismissive attitude.

He shook the bronze bell in his hand, and a cold wind imdiately swept through the surroundings.

More than a dozen rigid figures jumped out from behind the statue, all pale with disheveled hair.

Their gazes were dull, so completely lacking eyes.

On closer inspection, there was no life in them.

Long Fei frowned in surprise and muttered, “Corpse-Driving Technique?”

Wang Kun laughed arrogantly, “You do have so knowledge, kid!

These corpses are all here to send you off.

After your death, you will beco one of them, so enjoy your last breath!”

Suddenly, Long Fei rembered Du Jun, who had lost his life because of his theft of corpses.

These corpses were clearly newly deceased.

Perhaps they had much to do with Du Jun.

He asked loudly, “Demon Daoist, do you recognize the descendant of the Treasure Hunter Commandant, Li Cangfeng?”

Wang Kun and Xudong looked at each other, both taken aback for a mont.
