“Go over to the front desk and register!”
One of the security guards pointed to the front desk in the middle, where two girls were sitting, each looking prettier than the other.
Long Fei finally understood what that college buddy had told him during the job application.

The guy pointed at the glass door opposite and said to him, “There’s a queue inside; just go in and follow them to handle the paperwork.

Long Fei nodded and went inside.
Inside was the clerical office, where five or six girls were sitting and clacking away at their computers.

The clerk frowned and teased Long Fei with a smirk, “That’s not right.
The minimum requirent for our employees is a college diploma.
Did you get in through the back door?”

She took a temporary badge and handed it to Long Fei, asking him to wait outside in the lobby.
