Hearing those words, Shi Yao didn’t hesitate at all. She threw down the bedsheet and blanket and ran into the washroom.

As those words fell from her lips, Shi Yao saw the toothpaste on the floor and Lin Jiage biting on the handle of his toothbrush.

After which, she took the toothbrush from Lin Jiage’s lips, squeezed the toothpaste for him, and rinsed his mouth with mouthwash, after confirming that he could take care of the rest with one hand, she returned to the bedroom and helped him put on the bedsheet and blanket.

After brushing his teeth, Shi Yao was still busying herself around the bedsheets and blanket. He pointed outside the room, said that he was going to boil some hot water, and left the room.
After closing the bedroom door, Lin Jiage didn’t head to the dining room. Instead, he headed straight to the entrance and studied the bag, phone, and car keys that Shi Yao had casually placed on the cabinet, after which, he quietly hid the car keys under the shoe cabinet before heading to the dining room.
Lin Jiage grabbed a bottle of mineral water, but he wasn’t in a hurry to unscrew the cap. Instead, he waited until the bedroom door was opened before using his left hand to twist the cap from side to side. However, he was still unable to unscrew the cap, after which, he brought the bottle of mineral water to his mouth.
Just as he was about to bite down on it with his teeth, Shi Yao’s voice sounded, “I’ll do it, I’ll do it…”
Following which, Lin Jiage heard the sound of her footsteps running over.
Following which, the bottle of mineral water fell into Shi Yao’s hands, and she unscrewed it.
While pouring the bottle of mineral water into the hot water bottle, Lin Jiage turned to Shi Yao and said, “Thank you. It’s getting late, so you should go back and rest.”
Shi Yao scanned Lin Jiage’s house, and thinking that he shouldn’t need to do anything else, she decided that it was about time for him to go to sleep. Thus, she nodded and said, “Alright then, I’ll take my leave first…”
Lin jiage calmly nodded and said, “I’ll send you off.”
Walking to the door, Lin Jiage passed Shi Yao’s bag and phone to her. He even opened the door for her personally and watched her enter the elevator.
After the elevator began descending, Lin Jiage returned to the dining room and poured the boiling water onto the dining table. Then, he took a glass from the side and smashed it on the floor. After which, he went to the faucet to fetch some water, he intentionally soaked the shirt on his chest, and at the same time, he rubbed a certain part of his left wrist red..
