Jian Dan was so startled by Molly’s sudden move that she ended up spitting out all the coffee she had just sipped without leaving a single drop.

Because Meng Ran backed away too quickly, he nearly fell over due to losing his balance.

“No need! I’m fine!” Meng Ran immediately raised his hands and steadied himself.

“Jian Dan, are you guys doing this to me on purpose?” Meng Ran asked, looking at Jian Dan.
“Do I have that much free time?”
“You do!” Meng Ran said seriously.
What? She was clearly busy every day. “Which eye of yours sees me having free time?”
“Both eyes! With Mr. Chu spoiling you, what do you need to do?” Meng Ran said this very earnestly.
Meng Ran’s words left Jian Dan without a eback.
