The next morning, Jian Dan woke Uncle up bright and early. "Uncle, it would be such a waste to e here and not go out. Yesterday, Granny only took me to a few places, but she said there are many more beautiful spots here that she hasn’t shown me yet! And there’s one place you must go with me!"
"Alright!"
After getting ready, Jian Dan sat on the sofa waiting for Chu Liyuan. The moment Chu Liyuan came out from the washroom, Jian Dan’s face lit up with a big smile. "Uncle is really something! Why do any clothes look so good on Uncle?"
Uncle didn’t bring any clothes with him, so the B&B owner prepared a new set of work clothes for him.
"Uncle, let me tell you, you’re definitely the most handsome man in the world wearing this outfit.
Let’s go, we’re off!"
"Who’s this handsome guy anyway?" Just as we stepped outside, we ran into Granny and Grandpa, who were also just leaving. "Chu Liyuan, where did you get these clothes? You’re looking pretty sharp!" Grandpa came over to give him a once over.
"If Grandpa likes them, I can ask the owner to give you a set too!" Chu Liyuan was holding Jian Jian’s hand with one hand, and stuffing the other in his pocket.
"I really shouldn’t..." Chu Zhiyuan was about to wave it off.
"I think it’s a great idea!" Granny butted in.

"If you don’t want to wear it, that’s fine too, but then don’t stay in the same room as me because you stink!"
"I think this outfit will suit me perfectly. Chu Liyuan, hurry and tell the B&B owner, get a set for me too!" Grandpa changed his tune real quick.
Jian Dan finally understood where Granny got her rapid change of face from.
"No problem, just wait!"
In no time, Chu Liyuan came back up with a set of clothes identical to the one he was wearing and handed them to Chu Zhiyuan.
Chu Zhiyuan looked troubled, his movements to take them painfully slow...
"What are you doing? Need me to help you with that?" Granny’s voice floated over.
Before Granny finished speaking, Grandpa already had the clothes in his hand. "Wife, wait for me, I’m going to change right now!"
Truly, one thing conquers another!
minutes later...
Grandpa came out changed into the new clothes. "Grandpa, I think you look very handsome too!" Jian Dan mented.
"Really?" Grandpa asked, surprised.
"Of course, it’s true."
"What do you think, my wife?" Grandpa eagerly spun around in front of Granny to show off.
"It’s quite nice!" Granny nodded in approval.
"See? Little Jian and my wife both say I look good!" Chu Zhiyuan lifted his chin and bragged to Chu Liyuan.
"It’s nice, just not as good as me!" Grandpa was basking in the first half of the sentence when the second half brought him back down to earth.
"You brat, don’t you realize that it’s my excellent genes that gave you that physique? Without my genetic contribution, could you have this natural clothes hanger of a body?" Grandpa said immodestly.
"Didn’t I inherit this from my mom? And she got it from Granny, so it has nothing much to do with you!"
Whenever it es to anything related to Granny, Grandpa is one hundred percent unlikely to argue.
