After dinner, everyone went back to their dormitories to rest.

“Uncle, didn’t you return to the teachers’ dormitory?” I had just seen Uncle leaving with Teacher Zhang!
“This is my room!”

But she distinctly remembered setting it for 6:00 yesterday!
She sat up in bed abruptly, “Uncle, get up quickly, we’re going to be late.” The assembly time set for yesterday was 7:30.
Jian Dan leaped out of bed and, seeing Uncle still loafing in bed, reached out to pull his arm, “Uncle, hurry up! It’s not good to keep everyone waiting.”
After pulling Uncle out of bed, Jian Dan rushed into the bathroom, brushing her teeth and washing her face as quickly as she could.
Then, picking up a b beside her, she dragged it through her hair with a “ah~”—perhaps she was a bit too forceful, as she let out a cry.
The moment Jian Dan’s cry sounded, the bathroom door was simultaneously thrown open, revealing a worried Chu Liyuan outside.
“Jian Jian, are you okay?”
“Hehe, Uncle, I’m fine!” Jian Dan said awkwardly, continuing to b her hair.
No matter how hard Jian Dan tried, she couldn’t untangle her hair; she had no idea how she managed to get her hair in such a mess while sleeping the night before.
And with Uncle right there, Jian Dan couldn’t cry out in pain, so she just had to endure it, continuing to tear at her own scalp.
