Jian Dan, snapped back to reality, looked up to see the uncle with his eyes wide open, staring straight at her, and even the smile on his face had a profound implication.
“Uncle, when did you wake up?” Jian Dan felt like she was caught stealing something.
“Right when Jian Jian was so intently staring at me!” Chu Liyuan’s lips twisted in a wickedly charming Arch.
“I wasn’t!” Jian Dan, blushing, turned her head away and denied it.
“You weren’t?” Chu Liyuan deliberately drew out his words.
“Even if I was, it’s not my fault! It’s all Uncle’s fault!”

“Who told Uncle to have such a handsome face?
So, it’s Uncle’s face that made the first move against my eyes, which is why I couldn’t take them off!” Jian Dan’s voice grew quieter as she spoke.
