Many shows like to bring in a couple of popular young actors for guest appearances to attract fans, and it gives the actors a chance to practice. Especially with big directors and big productions, the guidance and attention they can get are even greater. It’s a win-win.
With Wang Zisu there, the atmosphere was definitely livelier. He even made Xia Siyu’s fans who ca with him laugh. The only ones who were sowhat out of place were Qin Baizhou and Zhou Weiwei. Qin Baizhou was the scholarly type; he could handle formal conversation but wasn’t good at warming up the crowd. Zhou Weiwei was more low-key and timid, echoing a few words was fine, but taking the lead was definitely not her.
Xia Siyu also asked, “How do you have ti to co over? Isn’t it the end of the year with a lot of galas? Don’t you need to go perform?”
Wang Zisu said, “Of course, I just finished recording the Double Stick Festival event yesterday, and I’m going to promote a new song in a couple of days, plus the New Year’s Eve gala.”
He paused, “Oh right, speaking of the gala, I saw Bo Yan at the Fruit TV Station yesterday. It seems he’s also going to participate in the gala tomorrow.”
Although the relationship between Bo Yan and Xia Siyu was kept a secret and they never acknowledged it publicly, those who were familiar with them could guess the signs.
