"Have a good sleep, I’ll call you early tomorrow morning."
Lucas was about to leave the tent when Sienna called him, "Where are you going?"
"I’ll just be outside keeping watch, not going far, so you can sleep soundly." Lucas thought she was scared and explained.
"The tent isn’t big, but we can squeeze and sleep. Don’t sleep outside, there are so many mosquitoes, who knows if there are poisonous snakes. You definitely won’t rest well out there. We have to hurry on our journey tomorrow."

If it weren’t for Lucas’s serious face, Sienna would have thought this man was making a cold joke.

Sienna wasn’t soone who fussed over small matters. At this point, Lucas was her support; without him, it would be impossible for her, a pregnant woman, to walk out of the endless jungle.
She could see Lucas was very tired too; with four days left, if he didn’t rest well, how could they continue on the journey?
"Lucas, do you believe that once we return, I can make your wife sleep in a separate room from you?"
Lucas gritted his teeth and said, "Do you believe that I could leave you here to fend for yourself?"
"I don’t believe it!" Sienna cunningly replied, holding Kiki as her trump card, "If I can’t make it back and you return alone, how would Kiki see you?"
"Go to sleep!" Lucas curled up, staying far away from Sienna, as if she would really take advantage of him.
Indeed, married n are different.
Sienna stopped joking with him and turned her back to sleep.
There wasn’t any light around; fortunately, with Lucas there, Sienna felt at ease. She was so tired, having barely slept last night, that she fell asleep almost instantly upon lying down.
Hearing the shallow and even breathing, Lucas knew she was asleep, but he didn’t sleep. He stayed alert, listening to the sounds around them, so he could detect any danger at the first mont.
Lucas missed Kiki and the child; if it weren’t for Kiki’s tears and refusal to eat properly, he wouldn’t have wanted to co.

In the middle of the night, Sienna suddenly scread. Lucas, who was lightly sleeping, quickly sat up and found she was having a nightmare.

"This isn’t Sileria City; you don’t need to bind yourself by the survival rules there. Surviving here is what’s most important."
"Lucas, I want to go back to my original world."
