There were other people in the dark.
Qin Rui’s eyes narrowed in anger. The bodyguards he had followed rules in order to protect their own people, meaning family members. That meant Qin Rui was the only one who was important. Everyone else wouldn’t stand a chance.
As long as he wasn’t in danger, the men won’t make a move.
He clenched his fists.
Lu Qing had only pointed his finger at Yao Tangand even decided to let Lu Minggo. In the guards’ rules, they couldn’t really care less what would happen to the young woman.

“You want me to e with you?” Yao Tang finally spoke up.
“Yes.” Lu Qing smiled. “Perhaps you’d know tonight just how powerful I am.”
“Since you’re so eager to die,” she said slowly. “Then you shouldn’t blame me for doing this!”
Without another word, she swept her leg toward Lu Qing.
Lu Qing was surprised from the sudden act. He didn’t think that the girl would even attack him, even after being surrounded by all these people. He tried to dodge, but it was too late.
Bang!
He stumbled back from the sudden force.
That bitch!
Clenching his fists, he jumped right into the action.
However, as they engaged in a spar, Lu Qing soon realized that he wasn’t a match for Yao Tang.
At first, he had assumed that the girl had simply taken advantage of him being caught off-guard by launching a sneak attack.
He didn’t expect that every move performed by the woman felt like she had done this a million times before. Her moves were quick, and her jabs were rough. It was as if she had been fighting for an extremely long time.
Without even meaning to do it, Lu Qing found himself staggering backward.
How could this woman disrespect him on his turf? With a wave of his hand, the hooligans behind him started to run forward to grab the woman and stop her from moving around.
However, the woman’s movements were quick. No one was able to touch her, even.
Lu Qing smirked. He had always liked a challenge.
Qin Rui and Lu Mingspent the next few minutes nervously watching the battle.
If only he could’ve informed his family of this earlier. The secret guards he had with him now were useless due to their duty of only protecting those from the family. However, his other bodyguards may have been of better use. He clenched his fists.
He wouldn’t know what to tell his family if she got injured.
Especially Qin Jing!
With that thought in his mind, Qin Rui saw another person rushing toward Yao Tangwith a bottle of wine in his hand. He had it raised high up in the air, aiming to strike her in the head.
“Yao Tang!”
At that moment, he couldn’t really care any less about formalities. Qin Rui rushed toward Yao Tang’s back to protect her. If he had to use his own life to lure out those secret guards, he would. Yao Tangshouldn’t get hurt for his sake.
Seeing Qin Rui pounced over at the fight, the secret guards immediately acted against him. One of them jumped to the ground and knocked him at the back of his head, sending him unconscious.
He couldn’t do anything more.
But if that bottle of wine were to hit Yao Tang, it would defeat her almost immediately.
Lu Qing smiled smugly. He knew that the Qin Family’s secret guards wouldn’t directly interfere with this matter. It was why he had only chosen to attack Yao Tang. It seemed that everything was going according to plan.
However, just as he was about to elaborate, the man’s scream echoed across the room.
Lu Qing felt a gust of wind blow him over. When he opened his eyes, he saw a man appear in a flash. The man pushed back the surrounding people while holding Yao Tangin his arms.
“Who are you?”
Despite feeling surprised, Lu Qing immediately recovered, snarling, “What do you want? Are you looking to interfere in our affairs as well?”
