"Dad!" Coralie Hughes turned to Evan Hughes and said, "Did you hear? Even Doctor Alden said so. You should believe that Sumr Monroe is not your savior anymore, right?"
She definitely didn’t want to live a life of perpetual gratitude towards Sumr Monroe, just the thought of it made her sick!
Nonetheless, Evan Hughes did not believe what Doctor Alden said; he trusted his own feelings more.
