Henry Stanton almost let sothing slip. He instinctively glanced at Sumr Monroe, and seeing she had no reaction, he breathed a sigh of relief.
Now Sumr Monroe was his cash cow. If she found out that Clarissa Stanton was his biological daughter, it would do him no good.
Clarissa Stanton never expected that accusing Sumr Monroe would result in Henry Stanton’s disgust.
She widened her eyes in disbelief and said in a daze, "Dad, everything I said is true..."
"You dare to say it!" Henry Stanton slapped Clarissa Stanton across the face.
Clarissa Stanton’s head was directly knocked to the side, with five clear fingerprints on her face.

Even though the Stanton Group was not as influential as the forr Monroe Group, the connections were still there. With Henry Stanton’s word, at least more than half of the big companies in Crestfall wouldn’t hire the butler’s son.
The butler’s face turned pale, and he begged repeatedly, "Sir, it’s all my fault. I shouldn’t have listened to the madam and taken matters into my own hands. I can return all the money she gave to you, please spare my son!"
Henry Stanton looked as cold as frost and waved his hand, saying, "Break his leg and throw him out. If I see him again, you’ll all be out! And listen up, if I find anyone only recognizes Stella Monroe as their master, the consequences will be even more severe!"
This statent made all the servants reconsider. If they helped Stella Monroe again, they would have to weigh the consequences carefully.
After all, the master of this house was Henry Stanton, not Stella Monroe.
Sumr Monroe’s expression was calm, but her eyes glimred with a cold light like a faint moon.
This way, even if Stella Monroe had so unknown way of coming back, there was no way she could return to how things were before.
