"You?" Finn Ford hesitantly asked, "You know how to play the Battlegrounds ga too?"
Sumr Monroe nodded, "A little. I can team up with you guys, maybe I can even help you out."
Finn Ford burst into laughter.
"Help us out? Forget it. But we need a team of three to five people anyway, so if you want to play, you can join us. Just grab so guns with us, and if you find anything good, just hand it over to us."
Sumr was silent for a mont.
Did they just make her a tool?
"Alright then." Sumr still agreed.
She had just checked, and Damian Knight still hadn’t called back. To avoid overthinking, she decided to kill so ti at the internet café.
"Alright, it’s settled, let’s go." Finn Ford waved his hand, but suddenly rembered that Ronan Kingston didn’t like gaming with newbies, and hesitated again.
This guy Ronan Kingston was so unromantic. Last ti they brought a pretty girl to play together, and before they even started running from the danger zone, Ronan Kingston just quit the team because "it’s too noisy."
It was pretty awkward for him.
He wondered if this ti he would also just directly... reject a pretty girl.
Finn Ford awkwardly asked, "Ronan, about this..."
However, to Finn Ford’s surprise, Ronan Kingston interrupted before he could finish, "Whatever. Anyway, the number three on the leaderboard is just a trashy backstabber; even bringing three like her is fine."
Finn Ford heaved a sigh of relief; they agreed to bring Sumr along.
He imdiately smiled at Sumr and said, "Miss, let’s go. By the way, what’s your na?"
"Sumr Monroe. Just call Sadie, Sadie like in the tree’s na."
"Alright, Sadie, I’m Finn Ford, but you can call Zhuangzhuang, my nickna."
Sumr eyed Finn Ford, those biceps... indeed, pretty solid.
Finn didn’t notice Sumr’s glance and asked curiously, "How did you score so high? I clearly saw you chose randomly just like ."
Sumr smirked, "I cheated."
Finn was at a loss for words for a mont, unsure how to respond.
But cheating isn’t a big deal; even cheating requires skill. Considering Mio Osborne’s laser-like eyes, cheating right under his nose is quite impressive!
Finn began to admire Sumr, introducing her to the ga they played together.
"Anyway, once you land, start picking up stuff. If you find level-three helts, armor, or starred good guns, just follow the coordinates and bring them to us."
Sumr nodded, "Got it."
There were many internet cafés near Crestfall University. Finn Ford found one with the best environnt, even though it was the most expensive, and booked a small private room.
Normally, the two guys could pick any place, but bringing a pretty lady was different. For a beauty, everything had to be the best.
It was Sumr’s first ti in a dostic internet café; seeing the fully equipped private room, even with a bed, her expression tensed up."
It seed the internet café environnt here was much better than abroad.
Sumr chose a computer by the wall and sat down. After booting up, she first checked the computer’s specs.
"These specs are pretty good." Sumr said, thinking she could upgrade her ho computer to this spec as well; her ho’s specs were too average, and it would be slow if she needed to breach advanced firewalls.
Being a hacker required skill, but also good computer specs.
If the Stanton Tower explosion last ti had used these specs, she wouldn’t have needed so much ti to break through their defenses.
Finn Ford heard this and smirked, casually asking, "Miss, you understand computer specs too?"
