As Sumr Monroe took her seat, the stage’s big screen ca to life.
A sand art tray and two pale hands appeared on the screen.
Those hands made an "OK" gesture, and Sumr smiled, knowing Holly Holloway was ready.
She closed her eyes, took a deep breath, and her well-defined fingers pressed down on the first key of the piano—
"Dong—"
The sound was rich and unprecedentedly ethereal.
Locke Berg below the stage clapped excitedly: "That’s the sound!"
The "Hunting Goddess" is rarely seen in person, but her sound has been recorded.
This single note was enough to prove this was the authentic "Hunting Goddess", no mistake!
Standing beside the audience, Willow Grant scoffed disdainfully.
What if the piano sounds beautiful?
To give it to a bumpkin is a waste of resources.
As the first note fell, the hands on the big screen moved gently across the sand tray, sketching forests and fields with a few strokes, vividly detailed.
The audience was slightly surprised.
Piano paired with sand art, this show was indeed refreshing.
At this mont, after pressing the first note, Sumr Monroe’s fingers gracefully and elegantly began to play the first bar of "inthemoonlight".
The Grand Hall was imdiately filled with delightful piano music.
The sound felt like a strong yet light hand dragging people into the air, soaring across mountains and land and rivers, letting one feel the breeze while floating among clouds, gazing down at the universe and earth.
Everyone couldn’t help but close their eyes, letting the music move them, imrsed in infinite imagination.
Gradually, the piano’s sound turned deep and graceful, as if the world transitioned from day to night.
At this mont, on the sand art tray, the long river vanished with a hand’s sweep, leaving only darkness.
Then, that hand outlined a full moon, the earth erged slowly in the night, and the music quieted down.
This marked the end of the first movent.
Willow Grant abruptly opened her eyes, realizing she had been transported to another dinsion by Sumr Monroe’s piano music.
Realizing this, Willow’s emotions seed to shatter instantly, her face showing disbelief.
"inthemoonlight"! This wasn’t an adaptation, this was the authentic "inthemoonlight"!
How could it be?
How could it be?!
Why would Sumr Monroe be playing "inthemoonlight"? And the music seed to possess so magical power, even she was indulged in it!
This was terrifying!
Just then, the first movent finally ended, with the piano music shifting from soothing to lively.
anwhile, on the sand tray, the hand on the screen sketched a woman dressed in sheer fabric, with a moon symbol on her forehead, stepping slowly in the moonlight, vividly lifelike, like the moon goddess.
The piano music beca faster and faster.
Willow Grant only felt as if her scalp was gripped by the piano sound, her whole heart tightened.
At this mont, an impossibly handso man appeared on the sand tray.
"Dong!" The piano’s sound deepened as the man and woman looked at each other at that mont.
In an instant, Willow’s heartbeat sped up.
Not just her, everyone in the Grand Hall held their breath, as if awaiting the mont these two would speak.
But no one spoke, there was only piano music.
But the music was enough, it seed to bring people in, witnessing their eting, their acquaintance, their promise...
Soon, Sumr Monroe played the final movent.
This final movent was also the most exciting mont of the whole score!
