The butler strode forward, spreading his arms to block Damian Knight, saying, "Young master, do you realize what ti it is? You cannot be blinded by a woman’s charms; the madam’s life is at stake!"
"Blinded by a woman’s charms?" Damian Knight repeated the butler’s words.
The butler shuddered with fear, but with utmost loyalty, he swallowed hard and said, "Young master, wake up!"
"It seems that because I don’t co ho often, this house has changed owners, and you can now influence my decisions?"
Damian Knight’s voice was icy, as he narrowed his eyes, his gaze emitting a frigid glow, and the oppressive aura around him seed capable of freezing soone to death.
The butler could not withstand this aura, and he trembled, quickly retracting his outstretched arms.
"Move him aside," Damian Knight commanded.
The bodyguards imdiately stepped forward, grabbing the butler from both sides and moving him aside.
The butler was both angry and frightened; this woman was going to kill their madam!
Sumr Monroe glanced at the butler and said, "Don’t worry, I will cure your madam."
"You are full of... (nonsense)" The butler’s words of cursing were interrupted by Damian Knight’s gaze.
He whimpered, his voice filled with despair and suffering.
Heaven, oh heaven!

"You may start now," Damian Knight said to Sumr Monroe, "My mother cannot have anything happen to her; she’s my only relative left."
Sumr nodded and said, "I understand."
As she spoke, she and Damian Knight helped Susan Stone lie on her side, and then she took Susan Stone’s hand to diagnose her pulse.
Observation, listening, questioning, and pulse-taking; "questioning" was not possible, but after taking the pulse, Sumr Monroe roughly understood Susan Stone’s condition.
"I need so things," Sumr turned to Damian Knight and told him the tools she required.
Damian Knight nodded, commanding the bodyguards to fetch them. Everything needed was readily available at Knight Manor, and the items were quickly prepared.
Sumr retrieved a manual suction device, connected the suction tube, and carefully extracted the clotted blood blocking Susan Stone’s throat.
As she worked, the suction device gradually turned red, and Susan Stone’s breathing finally beca much smoother, no longer feeling like sothing was stuck in her throat.
The butler watched in amazent as Susan Stone’s breathing beca steady, and the feeling as if the sky was falling gradually faded, replaced by a sense of disbelief.

After removing the suction device from Susan Stone’s throat, Sumr took out her acupuncture kit.
Since the incident with Coralie Hughes’ father, Evan Hughes, she had developed the habit of carrying these items with her. It was fortunate she had them now; they turned out to be useful.
"Help hold her down," Sumr instructed, "I’m going to perform acupuncture, she mustn’t move."
"Okay," Damian Knight nodded, and together with several bodyguards, they held down Susan Stone’s hands and feet.
Sumr took out several silver needles of varying lengths, sterilized them, and inserted them one by one into Susan Stone’s body.
The butler watched, feeling pain himself, yet observed the girl’s calm gaze. Inexplicably, he found himself calming down as well.
As the silver needles went in, beads of sweat ford on Sumr’s forehead.
Suddenly, she felt a coolness on her forehead and turned to see Damian Knight using a towel to wipe her sweat.
Feeling her gaze, Damian Knight quickly withdrew his hand and asked, "Did I disturb you?"
"No," Sumr shook her head, calming her mind and continuing her work.
As the silver needles went in, Susan Stone’s convulsions gradually ceased, and her pale complexion finally began to show so color.
