Attorney Chambers saw that everyone had no objections, and added Sumr Monroe’s condition.
Once Sumr Monroe fulfills the requirents of the contract, both Hugo Holden and Morgan Monroe must resign from their director positions and can only stand at the back as shareholders with little say.
Sumr Monroe signed her na, then clapped her hands twice and said, "Thank you all for your hard work. I’ve placed so fruit outside, please feel free to help yourselves."
Saying this, she left the eting room with Attorney Chambers in large strides.
Just as she was about to walk out of the eting room, Sumr Monroe paused, turned around, and scanned the room before speaking softly, "By the way, please rember to follow office rules from now on. Do not call Sumr Monroe; call Chairman Monroe."
After speaking, Sumr Monroe strode away in her high heels.
The people in the eting room wore various expressions; so planned to align with Sumr Monroe, but more opted to wait and observe for a while.
To most shareholders, it doesn’t matter who becos chairman, what’s important is whether the company can turn losses into profits.
Sole reliance on the only profitable AI Technology Departnt cannot offset the losses from other industrial chains.
It remains to be seen whether Sumr Monroe has the capability within this month.
Morgan Monroe was furious and glared at Hugo Holden, saying, "You and your nonsense, claiming that with enough education one can beco chairman! Look where it got us, being trampled by a little girl, are you satisfied now?"
Hugo Holden sneered, saying, "Chairman Monroe, don’t be anxious, don’t forget about our contract."
What they couldn’t achieve, a re young girl couldn’t possibly accomplish.
Turning all industrial chains from loss to profit? What kind of international joke is that!
Morgan Monroe was slightly reassured upon hearing this.
The two walked out of the eting room one after the other and saw the fruit Sumr Monroe ntioned.
"Lemon?" Morgan Monroe picked up a lemon and asked in confusion, "What does she an by giving lemons?"
Beside him, Hugo Holden said softly, "Useless stuff!"
Morgan Monroe imdiately flared up, "Who are you swearing at?"
Hugo Holden rolled his eyes at Morgan Monroe and said, "You really are foolish. In Aurelia, giving lemons ans calling you ’useless’."
Morgan Monroe’s face darkened, and he threw the lemon in his hand to the ground, stomping on it heavily.
"Damn it!"
That little girl, how dare she insult him this way! Has she beco tired of living!?
Hugo Holden appeared slightly more composed, coldly laughing and saying, "Seems the inexperienced are bold. Morgan Monroe, should we join forces to let that young girl experience the harshness of society?"
Morgan Monroe imdiately nodded.
The two quickly reached an agreent, planning to start with the AI Technology Departnt.
The AI Technology Departnt happens to be under Morgan Monroe’s jurisdiction. As soon as he made a phone call, the people over there imdiately stated they would not let Sumr Monroe interfere with any of their matters.
...
Sumr Monroe walked out of the Stanton Group Building just when it was lunchti.
She nodded slightly at Attorney Chambers and said, "Attorney Chambers, thank you for especially coming here today."
"Not at all, Young Master Knight instructed it, and your matter is his matter. I will do my utmost." Attorney Chambers said, then couldn’t help but remind, "But, Miss Monroe, there’s one thing I don’t know whether I should say or not."
"Go ahead."
Attorney Chambers had been holding it in for a long ti and quickly said, "That contract, you shouldn’t have signed it!"
"Oh?" Sumr Monroe raised her eyes to look at Attorney Chambers, "Do you think I can’t turn Stanton Group from losses into profits?"
"Not that you can’t, but... one month’s ti is really too short. Even Knight Group cannot make a subsidiary turn all industrial chains from loss to profit within one month."
Sumr Monroe smiled lightly and said, "If that’s your concern... then you can rest assured."
