After a few minutes, Zachary’s voice broke the silence again.

He asked casually, "Did you go to Virelle with your friends?" while keeping his eyes on the road ahead.

"Hmm...yeah." Sienna nodded before glancing at him briefly. "My friend was fired from the company."

The mont she brought it up, sadness crept into her heart. Her sorrow over losing her best friend was enough to dampen her mood once more.

"Fired?" Zachary finally turned his head toward her, genuine surprise appearing on his face. "Why does your company always fire people?"

Sienna stared at him for a mont before sighing deeply. "I know, right?" she said helplessly. "My company is honestly very weird."

Zachary’s expression softened slightly at her reaction.

"First, Mia almost got fired," she continued, shaking her head. "Now, Riley. At this point, I’m scared to check my email every morning."

"You won’t get fired." The certainty in his voice startled her.

Sienna looked at him quietly for a mont.

"Zach, you sound very confident about that."

"I am." He said calmly.

She gently chuckled at his reaction, aware he might attempt to amuse her.

"My friend is also a bit strange," she continued. "He should be sad tonight, but instead he dragged us all to Virelle to celebrate his last day on the job."

Zachary’s lips curved faintly. "He sounds like a good friend."

"Riley? Of course he is. He’s always ready to help us and brighten our mood when we’re stressed," Sienna said warmly, her thoughts instantly drifting to Riley’s silly jokes and dramatic antics earlier.

She laughed without realizing it.

It confused Zachary. "What is it?" He asked.

"He told us to order the most expensive food because his father gave him a black card."

"He is generous."

Sienna shook her head. "Haha, of course not. But he is taking revenge on his father."

Zachary glanced at her briefly. "Revenge? He seems to hate his father."

Sienna was utterly stunned. She had revealed too much about Riley’s family drama. "Ugh, well, I’m just saying this randomly."

A brief silence passed.

Then Zachary said calmly, "It sounds like your friend cos from a wealthy family."

"Hmm, he is." Sienna nodded and agreed with him. "His family owns a business—"

Her voice slowly faded near the end of her sentence. Because suddenly, sothing crossed her mind.

Sienna’s gaze shifted toward Zachary. So many things she wanted to know about him. But this man seldom talks about his personal life.

He looked ordinary at their first eting. Not ordinary in appearance—because honestly, nothing about his face could ever be considered ordinary—but ordinary in the way he carried himself. Quiet. Calm. Simple. He never bragged, never talked about money, never acted superior around her.

However, the last ti they t, her curiosity about him actually increased.

Sienna’s heart tightened slightly as several questions rushed through her mind all at once.

’Why have I never asked him about his company?’

’And... I only know his na, Zach.’

Every ti she wanted to ask, sothing distracted her. Either the conversation shifted naturally, or she beca too nervous and forgot about it entirely.

After hesitating a few seconds, Sienna finally spoke. "Zach..." she began softly.

"Hmm?"

"May I know your full na?"

The mont the question left her mouth, she instantly regretted it, worried she might have crossed a line.

As usual, Zachary didn’t react imdiately. He didn’t even turn toward her.

His gaze remained calmly fixed on the road ahead, one hand resting loosely against the steering wheel. At the sa ti, the city lights faintly reflected across his sharp features.

The silence stretched longer than Sienna expected.

She swallowed hard and slowly looked forward again, ntally scolding herself. ’Great job, Sienna. Now he probably thinks you’re weird.’

At this point, she no longer expected him to answer.

But after a few quiet monts, his low voice finally broke the silence.

"Greystone."

Sienna turned toward him instantly.

"...What?"

"My last na," Zachary said calmly. "Greystone."

"Zach Greystone?" she repeated softly.

"Hmm."

"I see..." Sienna nodded, trying to process it while quietly searching her mory for Greystone.

’Greystone? It sounds familiar but...’ She frowned slightly as she thought about it.

Sienna knew many prominent family nas in the country because of her workplace and the important people coming and going at the hotel, but, strangely enough, she couldn’t imdiately recall hearing of the Greystone family from any of those people. Or maybe she had heard it before and simply forgot.

Zachary didn’t seem interested in elaborating, and Sienna didn’t press about it.

And just like that, silence settled between them.

This ti, however, it wasn’t uncomfortable.

The city lights passed quietly outside the windows while the SUV continued moving smoothly through the streets. Traffic was still busy, though not as crowded as earlier in the evening.

Sienna leaned her head lightly against the seat and looked outside, trying to calm the strange thoughts spinning in her mind.

anwhile, Zachary drove quietly beside her.

Then—

His voice broke the silence again, "Sienna."

The low sound of her na coming from his mouth imdiately pulled her attention back to him. There was sothing about the way he said her na. It sounds gentle, calm, and unexpectedly warm, enough to make her heart react before her mind could.

She turned to him. "Yes?"

"It doesn’t look like there are any restaurants still open around here," he said.

Sienna blinked and quickly looked ahead through the windshield.

Only then did she realize they were already close to her apartnt area.

Most of the nearby restaurants had turned off their lights, leaving only convenience stores and a few late-night cafés open.

"Oh, no... That’s shaful for a city this big. It’s not even midnight yet." She looked at him apologetically. "So what should we do now?"

The guilt returned instantly. He was still hungry. And because of her suggestion, he had driven all the way here.

"It’s fine," Zachary replied calmly. "I can—"

"Zach." She interrupted him, suddenly rembering sothing.
