After receiving a call from his mother, Huang Xiaojue hurried ho to find the table laden with a sumptuous spread. His father was reading the newspaper while his mother busied herself setting out bowls and chopsticks. On seeing him return, she imdiately called out to her husband, "Our son is back! Without ntioning Zhou Xiaoxuan or her cousins, she just replied, "I went to your company to look for you one day and happened to see her."
Huang Xiaojue’s expression changed. "Mom, what did you say to Xixi?"
