Even Huang’s mother rushed out of her hospital room when the ambulance arrived.

The ergency room doors opened and then closed again.
The aunt’s legs gave out, and she collapsed in the hospital corridor.

Suddenly, Huang’s mother began to howl, "What is all this? That bitch Yan Xixi clearly conspired with her lover, Wan Donglin, to use their power to bully us! No! They injured Yang Wei—everyone saw it! We need to hire a lawyer too! Who’s afraid of whom?"
Huang’s father felt his head throb, realizing the situation had spiraled completely out of control. Lawyer Li’s visit today was clearly a show of force. To put it bluntly, it was a warning: if they dared to continue causing trouble, they shouldn’t expect Yan Xixi’s side to be polite about it.

Huang Xiaojue laughed. He was almost about to board his flight; he just hadn’t told them yet, wanting to give them a surprise.
"Dad, what’s so urgent?"

Huang Xiaojue was dumbstruck; his phone tilted and almost slipped from his grasp.
