"I want to eat skewers... I need skewers... BOO HOO HOO... I want skewers..."
Later on, it was all snot and tears, crying like a fountain. "I want skewers... If there are no skewers, I’ll commit suicide..."
Wan Donglin was utterly dumbfounded. My God, so this is what a drunk person looks like—truly a shaful ss. I’ll never beco a heavy drinker again; it’s just too ridiculous, he thought to himself.
"Where are the skewers? Without skewers, I’ll definitely commit suicide..."
He asked curiously, "How will you commit suicide?"
"I’ll buy a block of tofu and smash myself to death... BOO HOO HOO..."
I wish I could capture this disgraceful behavior of hers, he thought. But before he could grab the cara, she sobbed even louder, "Skewers... I need skewers..."
He couldn’t take it anymore. "Alright, alright, I’ll go buy so skewers imdiately."
Just as he was turning to leave, she suddenly jumped off the bed and clung to his neck. "You big lug... Don’t leave , don’t go... BOO HOO HOO... Please don’t leave , okay?"
"I won’t leave. I’ll stay with you..."
"BOO HOO HOO, how long can you stay? Will you stay forever?"
"If you’re going to be this drunk all the ti, I won’t stay with you for even a day, let alone a lifeti."
She suddenly burst into tears. "Are you abandoning ?... BOO HOO HOO... I knew it! You don’t want ... Sooner or later, you’ll ditch ... BOO HOO HOO..."
He was utterly lost for words. How can she be so annoying?
"If you don’t get drunk anymore, I won’t ditch you..."
"I’m not drunk."
"And you’re calling this sober?"
"Not drunk... Not at all... I’m completely clear-headed... I’ve never been this clear-headed in my life... BOO HOO HOO..."
"Since you’re so clear-headed, fine. Then tell , do you love ?"
"BOO HOO HOO... You don’t love . You don’t love at all... I know you’ll never love ..."
Wan Donglin felt like his head would explode. Talking to a drunk is practically like talking to a mad person.
"BOO HOO HOO, I knew you would never love ..."
Tears and snot sared all over his shirt. Soon, a large patch of drool stained his chest.
He didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. He embraced her, whispering softly, "Silly girl, you’re not allowed to drink anymore. See? This is how ugly you beco when you’re drunk."
Just as he was about to continue speaking, he heard the even sound of her breathing. She had actually fallen asleep in his arms.
He gently placed her on the bed. Glancing at her phone, he saw calls and text ssages from Huang Xiaojue. So, tonight was a classmate farewell party, he gathered. He was both annoyed and amused. Lightly tapping her forehead, he muttered, "I told you not to go out for als with Huang Xiaojue anymore, but you didn’t listen. Just wait till you wake up, see how I’ll deal with you."
When Yan Xixi opened her eyes, the sky outside was already very dark.
She checked the ti. My goodness, it’s already past four in the afternoon!
She had been sick all night, restless, tossing and turning. Now, her head was splitting, and her stomach felt raw from all the vomiting due to the hangover. Drinking really isn’t a pleasant pasti, she mused.
Looking around, the room was deserted.
She struggled to get up. The room was filled with the lingering stench of vomit. She opened the window to air it out. A blast of hot air rushed in, and soon her body felt damp and sticky, as if she had been in a sauna.
She took a shower, changed into clean pajamas, and walked out barefoot.
The room was still empty.
