"I doubt it; even the President’s secretaries and assistants aren’t entitled to take that elevator straight up."
People began to gossip excitedly, as if they had stumbled upon so news.
Suddenly, in the crowd, two won exchanged glances, quickly communicating with their eyes.
anwhile, as Hua Xiaomo was about to enter the elevator, a voice called out, "Hua Xiaomo!"
Hua Xiaomo turned her face and saw two won in female business suits, with neat hair buns, walking towards her.
"Big Sister, Second Sister, what a coincidence you also work here, huh?" Hua Xiaomo said with a smile, greeting them first.
"Why aren’t you staying at ho? What are you doing here?" Hua Shuyue said, her face displeased.
"Exactly! How is this a place for you to be? Go back ho! Don’t embarrass us by showing your face here!" Hua Shishan chid in from the side.
"Um..." Hua Xiaomo chuckled, deliberately looking down at her outfit: a white blouse with black trousers, and a pair of burgundy high heels.
"Hey, now that you ntion it, Big Sister, Second Sister, I also think this outfit is terrible! Absolutely not suitable for going out. How about we swap, Second Sister? You might even look better in my suit!" Hua Xiaomo said with a laugh, affectionately grabbing Hua Shishan’s elbow. "Co on, Second Sister, let’s go over there and change."
"Disgusting! Who would want to swap with you!" Hua Shishan shook off her hand and lifted her head arrogantly. "What right does a parasite of Hua’s Ho have to talk about swapping with here?" she said disdainfully. "Ridiculous!"
"Miss Hua, please be polite. Hua Xiaomo is now our President’s secretary," Yu Bao interjected, unable to watch any longer.
"President’s secretary? What kind of President’s secretary, huh?" Hua Shishan raised an eyebrow, speaking with utter disdain. "The President must be blind to have chosen her."
"Enough, Second Sister. Less talk. Let’s go," Hua Shuyue said, quickly pulling Hua Shishan by the arm, too lazy to pay any more attention to Hua Xiaomo. "We’re going to be late. Let’s go up."
Soon, the two Miss Huas briskly clicked their high heels towards the staff elevator and disappeared from their sight.
Yu Bao looked at Hua Xiaomo, who was still beaming. He suddenly felt he couldn’t quite understand her. "Hua Xiaomo, are you okay?"
"I’m fine! Haha, they’re absolutely right! I am indeed the parasite of Hua’s Ho!" Hua Xiaomo laughed, pulling her bag up on her shoulder. "I guess this elevator isn’t suitable for , is it? I should use the other one."
"Hey, Hua Xiaomo, you can..." Before Yu Bao could finish, he saw her already rushing towards the staff elevator. Just as the doors opened, she squeezed onto it with the crowd.
Yu Bao smiled and shook his head from outside. This Hua Xiaomo really is quite interesting.
Outside the President’s office, the two graceful presidential secretaries, Ms. Zhang and Ms. Lin, greeted her with smiles.
"Welco, Miss Hua," they said in unison. No joking, this Miss Hua ca with quite the background. Simply based on her unusual relationship with the President, they both knew they had to attend to this ’sister’ carefully.
"Ha, hello to you both, seniors. I’m new here, please take good care of ," Hua Xiaomo said, still smiling.
However, looking around, she didn’t spot a vacant seat; their two desks and chairs were still out here.
Hua Xiaomo couldn’t help but ask, "Excuse , where’s my seat?"
