Passing by the Purple-gai Mountain Cave, and hearing about the treasure pill, he went up the mountain to investigate. Like Ge Xianweng, he directly overturned the Jingling Acupoint.
But he didn’t take the treasure pill; instead, he laughed three tis, pressed the Jiao Soul into the Jingling Acupoint, and then cupped his hands towards Guan Ling, saying he troubled the Marquis of Han to suppress it."
"Afterward, he just drifted away."

Li Yan was still not at ease, and requested an old Daoist bring a rope, tied it around the pavilion stone pillars, descended the well following the rope, and explored inside.
Similarly, he found nothing.
It was just a typical well, nothing special carved into the walls.
