Seeing this, Emily didn’t feel worried for Ye Shikai. The night was illuminated by the flas like broad daylight. Although Ye Shikai’s Demon Addiction was indeed formidable, facing such a degree of incineration, even Zeus or Athena might not be able to remain unscathed.
"Is this all you’ve got? Then you’re destined to die here." A hoarse growl ca from within the flas.
"What?" Emily exclaid, truly stunned by the scene before her. The fire "encasing" Ye Shikai began to split into two, while he himself was unscathed, emanating powerful energy like an invisible wall, keeping the flas outside.
"Let you taste the flas as well." Ye Shikai opened his hand, and the flas surged back toward Vulcan.
"No!" Vulcan was pushed back several steps by "his own flas." For a cultivator to manipulate objects within three steps using energy was already considered skilled, yet Ye Shikai was able to form an energy barrier to "wrap" Vulcan’s fire, enough to make any cultivator shiver in fear.

"Hades, you’ve gone crazy," Emily shouted loudly, watching helplessly as Ye Shikai approached step by step. She had just witnessed Ye Shikai’s abilities, and even if she had two more pairs of legs, she couldn’t possibly escape from his grasp.
"You, die."
Ye Shikai’s mouth kept repeating this phrase, his voice hoarse, more like the roar of a beast.
Emily pulled out her arrows, drew her bow, but was knocked to the ground by Ye Shikai.
Before she could get up, Ye Shikai’s hand was already gripping her neck like an iron clamp, rendering her immobile.
Just when Emily thought she was dood, she suddenly felt a sense of relief, as a strong external force suddenly released, allowing Emily to gasp for air, fresh air flooding into her lungs, making her feel "alive" once again.

Emily caught her breath, only to see Ye Shikai lying on the ground, seemingly unconscious, motionless.
"Hades, are you alright?" Emily approached cautiously; just monts ago he had been so full of vigour, yet now he was down for the count. Emily reached out, placing her hand by Ye Shikai’s nose, finding no breath at all.
"No way, is he dead?" Concerned, Emily quickly bent down, putting her ear to his chest, faintly hearing a heartbeat.
"Thank goodness, you’re not dead." Emily placed her hand on Ye Shikai’s chest, infusing her inner strength into his body.
"What just happened? Quickly check if anyone else is around." At that mont, a voice suddenly called from afar. Emily turned and saw Aphrodite and Doris leading their people towards them.
