Ji Qian and Ye Shikai were once lovers; they even had a close physical relationship. In a sense, Su Qingyu and Ji Qian are love rivals, but Ji Qian is not extre. She would not resort to underhanded thods to deal with Su Qingyu. However, now that Su Qingyu has been attacked and lies severely injured and comatose, this presents a perfect "opportunity to take advantage" for Ji Qian.
"What do you an by good or bad?" Ji Qian’s expression changed slightly, her eyebrows tightly furrowed as she stared intently at Wang Qian’s face.
"Miss Su is a business genius from Yanjing. I’ve always hoped she would marry Wang Hai, unfortunately, her whole heart belongs to Mr. Ye. It truly is a pity." Wang Qian said with a smile. Ji Qian suddenly stood up, her eyes glaring, "Are you admitting that you were behind this?"
"Haha, Ji, don’t go around accusing people without evidence, it’s not good to jump to conclusions without proof." Wang Qian suddenly laughed.
"I’m warning you, I don’t care about the rest, but if you dare to hurt him, I will show no rcy." Ji Qian coldly warned; she was willing to sacrifice everything for Ye Shikai, and she also had an intuition. If she didn’t persuade Wang Qian promptly, not only would Wang Qian hurt Su Qingyu, but eventually, Ye Shikai as well.
"Ji, don’t get too worked up. I just returned from overseas not long ago and have started taking over the family business. "Wang Qian, let’s cut to the chase, what do you want to talk about? Speak quickly." Ji Qian made motion to leave but Wang Qian suddenly stopped her.
"Alright, Ji, let’s not waste ti." Wang Qian still wore a hypocritical smile, "I hope you can help ."
"Help you? What’s in it for ?" Ji Qian scoffed coldly. It’s a common saying in business that if soone is willing to relinquish a benefit, they’re probably doing so for a bigger gain; in more colloquial terms, this is playing the long ga for a bigger fish.
"Of course there is." Wang Qian took a photo from her pocket and handed it to Ji Qian; the person in the photo was Ye Shikai.
"Ji, although I may not be a noble person, I still wish to see others prosper. You and Mr. Ye would be the perfect match, and it would truly be a match made by heaven if you could be together," Wang Qian said, smiling. Ji Qian was no fool; she instantly grasped what Wang Qian was implying. Frankly, Ji Qian would love to be with Ye Shikai, and if anything were to happen to Su Qingyu, Ji Qian did indeed have an opening to step in.
