"Juan’er, the Sect Leader gave this na." ntioning the Sect Leader, the girl nad Juan’er showed a faint smile.
"How old are you this year?"
"Fourteen."
"That cheeky woman is only four years older than you, and she’s giving people nas." Ye Shikai mumbled, aning Wuyan was at most like an elder sister to Juan’er, yet she was called the Sect Leader. Well, no wonder, becoming a Sect Leader at eighteen was extrely young.
"Go ahead and eat. I’m not hungry."
"No, no, Young Master, this is your al. I can’t eat it." Juan’er was shocked, waving her hands in refusal, turning her face away from Ye Shikai.
"Well..." Ye Shikai found it strange. What kind of upbringing did this Juan’er have? She seed like a maid from a novel.
"It’s alright, eat as you please." After Ye Shikai insisted, Juan’er finally picked up the chopsticks, took a small bite, and then quickly sat upright, her face blushing like a big apple.

"You haven’t eaten much." Ye Shikai sat up, noticing that the food on the table was barely touched, and even Juan’er’s posture seed unchanged.

"Alright then. By the way, Juan’er, how old were you when you ca to the Worm Sect?" Ye Shikai asked with a light smile, striking up a conversation with Juan’er.
"Thirteen."

"Damn, Wuyan is still two-faced." Ye Shikai cursed in his heart. Juan’er seed innocent and sincere, probably not lying. So it seed that Wuyan indeed had a good temper. Then why did she treat him this way?

After Juan’er left, Ye Shikai slowly pushed open the wooden door, glanced at the scenery outside. According to Dugu Tianke, the Worm Sect was large, with areas dedicated to cultivating venomous flowers and herbs. With free ti on his hands, he decided to go take a look.
