Out of caution, however, she dared not act rashly. Primarily, she wasn’t confident about removing the monster without harming Nibutani. This situation still depended on Takeru.

"Nibutani-san, correct?" Hearing Yukino’s words, Takeru gave a slight nod and proactively walked towards Nibutani.
"Y... yes!" Nibutani was naturally familiar with Takeru... the handso boy from Class C, even the most handso in Sobu High. Usually, when the girls around Nibutani talked about boys, Takeru was always part of the conversation.

The monster vanished completely in a wail, turning to dust and leaving not a single trace behind.
"Huh?" Almost the instant the monster disappeared, Nibutani sensed the change. She felt a lightness throughout her body, as if a heavy burden had been lifted. Her mind was no longer foggy.
Though the cold still made her sowhat uncomfortable, it was a world of difference compared to before.
Thinking this, Nibutani hurriedly opened her eyes, only to see Takeru already stepping away.
"Ah, please wait!" Seeing Takeru’s retreating figure, Nibutani quickly reached out and called to him.
"What is it?" Hearing Nibutani’s voice, Takeru stopped and looked at her with his gentle smile.
"Um... that... may I ask if... if sothing strange happened to ?" Seeing Takeru’s unfairly handso face and smile made Nibutani unconsciously tense up.
"Mhmm, sothing a bit unusual did happen, but it’s all resolved now." Hearing Nibutani’s question, Takeru nodded calmly.
"Nibutani-san, we hope you can take us to the abandoned building you entered before." At this mont, Yukino stepped forward and said to Nibutani.
