Kevin struggled to regain a trace of consciousness in the pitch darkness.

The next mont, Kevin froze.

What t his eyes were eerie green indicator lights, thick bulletproof glass, and a dense network of tal tubes and wires wrapped around his body.

This place looked like a cryogenic sleep pod.

Before Kevin could figure out the situation, a flood of foreign and terrifying mories rushed in.

A battlefield raining bullets...

The aura of a superstar frantically idolized by the world...

Deep in the jungle, the betrayed and twisted faces of his forr team, Payback...

And the endless torture under shadowless lamps—being shot, injected with unknown toxins... and repeatedly bombarded with radiation weapons!

A few full minutes passed.

Only then did Kevin’s rapid breathing gradually stabilize.

A flash of shock crossed his open eyes.

He seed to have transmigrated.

And he had arrived in the bloody, violent world of The Boys!

Not only that, but the owner of this body was no nobody.

He was the true original face of Vought International, the veteran superhero with near-invincible defense and terrifying destructive power—Soldier Boy, Benjamin!

"Fuck... talk about a hellish start."

Kevin inwardly drew a sharp breath.

He strained to roll his eyes, taking in the dim laboratory outside the pod, which bore a heavy Soviet industrial style...

So, what exactly was the tiline right now?

If Kevin rembered correctly, in the original show’s fucked-up plot, Soldier Boy had it rough.

The legendary original Arican hero was repeatedly frozen a total of three tis!

The first ti was during the operation in Nicaragua, where he was backstabbed by every mber of Payback, the team he used to lead.

Led by Black Noir, even his old fla, Crimson Countess, was involved.

In the end, he was sold to the Soviets as a political bargaining chip, used as a lab rat in this godforsaken place, and tortured in a daze for nearly forty years!

And the mastermind behind all of this was definitely Stan Edgar, the perpetually suited, hypocritical, cold-blooded ruler of Vought International.

The second ti, after finally seeing the light of day again, he had originally agreed to help the Boys deal with Holander.

Only to get completely derailed at the critical mont because he went to beat his goddamn grandson.

Then he was left utterly bewildered by that cuckold Butcher’s line, "He’s my wife’s son," which triggered infighting and led to him suffering heavy blows from multiple sides.

Once again treated as a dangerous, uncontrollable weapon, he was backstabbed by the Boys and shut right back into a cryogenic sleep pod.

As for the third ti, which was the recently updated Season 5, Episode 7—leaving only the final episode before the grand finale.

After handing over the V1 formula to Holander, Benjamin had intended to completely cut ties with his past and leave for South Arica to enjoy himself.

But because he said "Good luck, son" to Holander...

It caused that man-child, starved for affection, to instantly break down...

His emotions completely exploding, Holander retaliated like a mad dog, locking his neck in a death grip until he choked out, ushering in his third freezing...

Reviewing the tragic history of his new body, Kevin inwardly rolled his eyes.

Soldier Boy? More like Popsicle Boy, huh?

Frozen three tis, backstabbed three tis!

What kind of original hero is this? This is a textbook definition of a pathetic, easily manipulated sucker!

That cuckold was right.

Staring at the words on the light screen, the usually composed Benjamin fell into a rare, prolonged silence.

"A system... telling to educate Holander?"

In the world of The Boys, most people’s evaluations of Holander were surprisingly unanimous: an extrely narcissistic man-child, a bloodthirsty, sadistic dictator.

Countless people lived in terror of him.

The Boys even dread of tearing him limb from limb.

But... truth be told.

Benjamin didn’t actually hate Holander.

Honestly, I think Soldier Boy is one of the best and coolest characters in the series.

His only real weakness was the writers. They kept freezing him and shoving him into a capsule just so the plot could move forward. Otherwise, the character has massive potential. Of course, the comic-book version of Soldier Boy is far worse, so this version is definitely better in every way.
