Li Buyan’s cheek hurt a bit.
Although she couldn’t clearly see Li Xingle’s expression, she seed to feel the hostility coming from him.

Li Xingle was too forceful.
He suddenly withdrew his hand, motioning hesitantly and getting up from her in a panic. His body swayed and he leaned against the nearby swing, gripping the rope adorned with green branches tightly with his right hand.
Li Xingle was panting heavily.
What was he just doing?
Li Buyan quickly got up. Seeing that he had been silent for a long ti, she didn’t bother further. She wasn’t really interested in listening anyway.
Light footsteps slowly walked away.
Li Xingle’s tense body completely relaxed and collapsed.

Li Buyan stood there for more than a minute before turning back inside, returning with a thick blanket which she gently draped over him.
She and Tang Suiyu were always the ones being taken care of, never having taken care of others.
"Lucky you, tonight I’ll let it slide since you got drunk," Li Buyan murmured as she tucked the blanket around him.
A flash of lightning lit up Li Xingle’s flushed cheeks, revealing the tear mole at the corner of his eye. It was really beautiful, beautiful enough to take one’s breath away, beautiful enough to cause heartache.
Others might never know that the president of the Xingshen Group, Li Xingle, appeared so glamorous on the outside but had such a tragic childhood.
He was so strong; all those past events were behind him now.
Carefully, Li Buyan got up, drank half a glass of water amid Li Xingle’s soft snores, and then turned to go back to her room.

When Li Buyan woke up the next day, Ye Gushen and Tang Suiyu were sitting at the dining table.

"Did he leave so early?" Li Buyan sat down and asked casually.
