Qian Yue i’s life has been quite good recently.
She used to work as a cashier in a supermarket, but recently she has been promoted to be the manager of the logistics departnt because of her consistent good performance.

At the rear door of the hot pot restaurant, Su Leqing was sitting in a car, watching from a distance as two n carried Qian Yue i out the back door and pushed her into a car. She smiled smugly: "Enjoy yourself. I refuse to believe that Zhou Zhigang would still want you after you beco damaged goods."
Watching the car drive away, Su Leqing then drove off.
But little did she know, her actions had already been noticed by soone.
Zhou Zhigang knew that Qian Yue i was going to treat her friends today, so he went ho without waiting for her and cooked himself a bowl of noodles.
After dinner, Zhou Zhigang checked the ti and saw it was still early, so he turned on the TV to watch for a while.
But the more he watched, the more uneasy he felt.
He always had this ominous premonition, as if sothing bad was going to happen to Qian Yue i.
Zhou Zhigang couldn’t help thinking of what Zhou Zhiyan had told him; that Miss Su was not a good person and might harm Qian Yue i.

He stood up, walked around the living room a few tis, checked the ti again, and then took out his phone to call Qian Yue i.
Qian Yue i didn’t take her bag with her because she felt dizzy when she went to the restroom. But he feared this might be a scam.
So, he called Qian Yue i’s cell phone again.
"What, she’s still in the restroom? Could you all help check..."
The girlfriend took her phone and ran to the restroom. After looking everywhere, she didn’t find Qian Yue i: "Brother Zhou, we can’t find Sister Yue i..."
Zhou Zhigang’s heart pounded with fear.

But still, he felt uneasy.
He patted his pocket and luckily found an old mobile phone.
This old mobile phone belonged to Zhou Zhiyan, who had earned so money from a part-ti job a while ago, and Qian Yue i had insisted she buy a new phone.

Finding the old phone, Zhou Zhigang felt a surge of relief and simultaneously took the call while texting Zhou Zhiyan: "Your sister-in-law might be in danger. You ntioned last ti one of your classmates cos from an influential family. Could you ask her for help to rescue your sister-in-law?"
When Zhou Zhiyan received the ssage, she didn’t know what Zhou Zhigang was currently doing or if he was in danger, so she didn’t dare to call him.
She was supposed to be studying, but she couldn’t focus anymore. She put her book down and went to look for Xiao Keke.
Fortunately, Xiao Keke was at school. She shared a dorm with Zhou Zhiyan, who just had to call out for her to hear.
Xiao Keke was chatting with soone on the balcony when she heard Zhou Zhiyan calling her, so she hung up the phone and went inside.
"Yanyan, what’s wrong?"
Zhou Zhiyan was almost in tears as she grabbed Xiao Keke’s hand: "Ke’er, I, my brother just texted saying my sister-in-law is in danger. I, I beg of you to help find her. I’ll do anything to save my sister-in-law."
Zhou Zhiyan and Qian Yue i were very close, having grown up together like sisters rather than in-laws. Now that Qian Yue i was in trouble, Zhou Zhiyan’s anxiety was every bit as intense as Zhou Zhigang’s.
