Mother Yu was almost crying in anxiety.
Father Yu also sighed deeply, "Now all we can do is redy the situation. Tomorrow go find out where Ningning is living at the mont. Talk to her. If she wants to co back, let her co back. If she doesn’t want to co back yet, let her stay outside for a while longer. Also, give her so money, don’t let the child suffer."
Mother Yu agreed.
Yu Anjing called from outside, "Dad, Mom, co out for dinner."
Mother Yu pushed Father Yu out of the bedroom.
Both of them forced a smile at Yu Anjing, "Let’s eat, let’s eat."
The family ate dinner each with their own thoughts. Father Yu and Mother Yu went back to the bedroom to discuss Anning, and they also wanted to make sure whether they had indeed heard Anjing’s inner thoughts.
While Father Yu and Mother Yu were in turmoil, not knowing how to face Anning, Ge Yiming called Anning.
After left and right thinking, he still decided to have a proper talk with Anning.
Anning knew what was up as soon as she picked up the phone.
"Anning, there’s sothing I want to ask you."
Anning’s voice carried a trace of anger, "What is it? Are you trying to stand up for my sister again? It’s not my fault she fainted, why does everyone keep asking ?"
"No, it’s not like that."
Ge Yiming was particularly urgent, quickly explaining to Anning, "It’s not about Anjing, I just wanted to ask if you had any unforgettable experiences in the hospital when you were younger?"
Anning was actually amused, "What kind of random question is that? Who could easily forget going to the hospital? Naturally, one goes to the hospital because they are sick which certainly isn’t comfortable, and naturally, it would be quite unforgettable."
"No, I an sothing particularly impactful."
Ge Yiming asked again.
Anning recalled carefully, "Now that you ntion it, I do rember sothing. It was many years ago, I felt unwell one sumr, and my mom took to the hospital for a check-up. I didn’t want to get an injection, so I ran around and ended up in a particularly quiet corridor. I heard footsteps and thought my mother was looking for , so I hid around the corner. Then I saw a nurse pushing a cart with dicine to administer an IV to a patient. The nurse looked around, saw that no one was there, and quietly swapped out the dicine."
As Anning continued to recall, "That nurse was quite tall, slightly overweight, oh right, there was a prominent red mole on her face..."
Ge Yiming was completely stunned.
It was true, the person who saved him was indeed Anning, not that damn Anjing.
And he... for a re dream, he had been targeting Anning. Not only did he not repay her kindness, but he also bullied her, made her cry so many tis, and even...
At this mont, Ge Yiming was utterly ashad.
He took several deep breaths, "Anning, I am truly sorry for what happened before, it’s all my fault, I...shouldn’t have treated you like that, I’m just a fool. If you’re angry, let make it up to you at school tomorrow, okay? However you want to hit is okay."
He added in his mind, you can hit or scold , just don’t ignore .
Anning, ah, the girl he had secretly liked for such a long ti, such a wonderful girl, whom he loved so deeply, just for a damned dream, he had suppressed his feelings and hurt her. He was truly the biggest fool there was.
Ge Yiming almost cried while speaking.
Anning, on the other hand, chuckled, "Ge Yiming, are you talking nonsense? Isn’t it enough how much you’ve bullied ? Are you teasing now? Do you think you haven’t completely broken down, so you want to co up with so new tricks to toy with ?"
"No, it’s not."
Ge Yiming explained urgently, "I’m speaking with all my heart, I truly realized my mistake. Anning, do you...have any difficulties now? Do you need money? I can give you all my allowance, and I will definitely stand up for you if others bully you again. I’ll treat you well from now on and won’t ss up again. I’m telling the truth, and if I’m lying let thunder strike dead."
"Alright, enough with the oaths."
Anning’s voice slowly cald down, "What’s done is done, I don’t hold too much of a grudge against you. To , you’re just a brat."
Eh?
Ge Yiming felt worse, rather than any better, upon hearing this.
"However, we can’t really get on the sa page. From now on, staying away from would be helping . Let’s just act like we’re strangers, shall we?"
Anning said with a light laugh, and then she quickly hung up the phone.
Ge Yiming held the phone, stunned for a long ti.
He didn’t want to, he wanted to get closer to Anning, to talk more with her, to see her more, he didn’t want to be just so stranger.
But Anning didn’t give him the chance to speak his heart.
Ge Yiming truly cried.
He was both anxious and regretful, crying non-stop.
Yu Anjing was doing her howork.
She had not done much when the system began to sound alarms again.
"Alert, alert, the main character halo has lost 3 percent, the main character halo has lost 10 percent..."
Yu Anjing gritted her teeth, "System, when will this ever end? I haven’t even gone out, I haven’t done anything, how could I lose the halo again? You better check right now and find out what’s going on."
The system couldn’t find the cause either.
It had been searching for quite so ti but found no clues.
This made Yu Anjing especially frustrated.
"If you can’t figure it out, then you better hurry and steal Anning’s main character halo."
"How do I steal it?"
The system asked Anjing.
Yu Anjing pondered for a mont, "Don’t you know how to spread rumors, how to manipulate public opinion? Now go Photoshop so photos that are indistinguishable and post them on the Thirteen Middle School forum. Anyway, Anning’s reputation must be ruined, and everyone should despise and scold her."
"How do I do that?"
The system asked again.
Yu Anjing explained impatiently to the system, then hurried it to get to work.
After finishing her howork, Yu Anning sat by the window, staring at the round moon outside for a long ti. Then she sat down at her computer to take on a task and afterwards said to An Xin, "An Xin, send out the information about my good deeds tomorrow afternoon; let’s start at lunchti. The whole afternoon will be enough for it to fernt."
"Okay."
An Xin organized the information eagerly, determined to handle the matter well.
Yu Anjing’s system Photoshopped the picture well and then posted it on the forum of Thirteen Middle School.
That was the ti when students were taking a break after finishing their howork, and when parents had finished their day’s work and were looking to relax, so there were quite a few people browsing the forum.
