"Yo!" Mu Shaoling looked at him with so surprise, "You’re actually pretty smart."
Mu Shaoling was gratified, finally soone smart had erged from his subordinates, it wasn’t easy.
However, he thought too soon...
"Mu Shaoling... you’re actually here..." A familiar voice carried a bit of anger, as well as a bit of joy.
Mu Shaoling turned around in astonishnt and saw Commandery Princess Dongyang and her entourage at the entrance of the forest.
Then he watched as Commandery Princess Dongyang dismounted and ran towards him.
Mu Shaoling held his forehead, wondering if it was still possible to run away.
Why do these utterly unreliable things keep happening?
Where are the secret guards? What the hell have they been doing?
But the secret guard had already hidden himself, so he didn’t see his stern glare.
Alright, the secret guard hadn’t actually done anything else, except after receiving the silver, he didn’t hide imdiately but instead ran into the forest. Damn it, as if he’s never seen a pig run although he’s never eaten pork. Who’s ever seen a secret guard allow a whole bunch of people to watch him run into the forest? Aren’t secret guards supposed to disappear in an instant, leaving no trace of their presence?
Wasn’t it obvious that there was a problem? Commandery Princess Dongyang wasn’t stupid.
Mu Shaoling, looking at the Commandery Princess Dongyang clinging to him, cursed the secret guard to himself.
"Hey, everyone is watching, could you hurry up and get off ?"
What does it look like with you hanging all over ?
Commandery Princess Dongyang didn’t listen to him, continuing to tightly embrace his neck, refusing to let go.
It took a while before Commandery Princess Dongyang finally released him, and then she started giggling foolishly non-stop.
That look was so silly it was unbearable to watch.
"Mu Shaoling, have you found the herbs?"
Mu Shaoling glanced at her and said nothing, thinking to himself that even if he had found them, he wouldn’t tell her.
"Hey, was it you who had soone send silver just now?"
She had followed that secret guard here, hmph, would the Mu Residence really dispatch secret guards to protect a commandery princess from another clan? Don’t make her laugh, was she a fool? It was true that the Mu Family’s young master had secret guards around him.
"How did you know I was short of silver?" she continued when he didn’t speak, "You haven’t been following , have you?"
Commandery Princess Dongyang thought, during her rest stops she did yell a few tis about being so poor. If he had followed her the whole way, it wouldn’t be strange for him to hear it. But why was he following her?
Noticing her scrutinizing gaze, Mu Shaoling shrugged off her arm and snorted coldly, "Don’t you see this is all forest here? What’s so strange about coming here looking for herbs?"
Commandery Princess Dongyang muttered, "I didn’t ask why you ca here. What are you explaining for?"
Mu Shaoling: ... He felt that he really couldn’t have a pleasant conversation with this person.
"Where are you going?"
When she saw him heading out, Commandery Princess Dongyang called out.
"If you want to stay here, nobody is stopping you."
Commandery Princess Dongyang gritted her teeth and followed after him.
Upon reaching the outside of the forest, Mu Shaoling was about to mount his horse when the young servant who went after the silver ca back. As soon as he saw Commandery Princess Dongyang and her entourage surrounding Mu Shaoling, his mouth ford an ’o’ shape.
Who could tell him what was going on? Why had everything changed just because he left for a mont?
Could it be that his master had beco openly flirtatious?
No, that’s not right; his master’s introverted flirtatiousness wasn’t sothing that could change in an instant. So if Commandery Princess Dongyang was here, did that an the secret guard had ssed things up?
Therefore, he was still smart!
