With Yangyang’s crisp cries ringing out, they startled Ye Zi’an and Yang Chuxia who were in an embrace. As Ye Zi’an turned his head, he saw two chubby little buns in the carriage, their large eyes sparkling with laughter.
One of the buns looked like Xiaxia, the other, at a glance, seed like a mini version of himself. In an instant, Ye Zi’an’s already soft heart lted completely. After more than half a year, his sons could speak now. He always knew they would, but hearing them for the first ti was sothing special. Their voices were so pleasant to hear, and both sons were indeed exquisitely handso.
In that short distance, Ye Zi’an’s mind was flooded with so many thoughts.
Quickly taking a few steps forward, Mada Li was about to lift the curtain and get Yangyang down from the carriage.
But Ye Zi’an was already one step ahead, lifting the curtain himself and eting Yangyang’s black jade-like eyes.
"Yangyang, I am your daddy!" he said, opening his arms to his son.
Yangyang was not shy with strangers, especially since Yang Chuxia had constantly talked to them about their daddy and shown them his portrait, so the little one didn’t hesitate.
"Daddy!" The crisp voice rang out again as he threw himself into his father’s arms and tightly hugged Brother An’s neck.
After Mada Li got down from the carriage, Mada Li senior ca out holding Lele.
Little Yangyang pointed at Lele and said, "Brother, brother..." to tell Brother An, that was his brother.
"Lele, do you want daddy to carry you?" Ye Zi’an said, holding Yangyang with one hand and reaching out to Lele with the other.
For so reason, although Lele shouldn’t have much mory of Brother An, he was incredibly affectionate towards him. Perhaps it was just the natural bond between father and son.
"Daddy carry!"

And so Ye Zi’an held a son in each hand. The two little boys, one clinging to each side of his neck, and the brothers were hand in hand inside their daddy’s embrace, presenting a picture of love no matter how one looked at it.
"Xiaxia, they really do look wonderful!" he couldn’t help but say to Yang Chuxia as he looked at his eldest son and then at his youngest.
Yang Chuxia just smiled and said, "The two of them, they eat so well and have grown so much without getting sick. They are active and lively all day long."
"My wife, it must have been hard on you!" Seeing the children so well-behaved and well-cared-for, he could imagine the struggles she must have gone through.
In truth, cough cough, Ye Zi’an was perhaps thinking too much. The children weren’t only under her care; with grandmothers and maids at ho, she didn’t really have it that tough.
"Shall we get on the carriage and head back?" Yang Chuxia suggested, noticing many people near the city gate couldn’t help but look in their direction.
Glancing over, Ye Zi’an also took in the situation and nodded in agreent.
Once the Ye Family of four were seated in the carriage, both Mada Lis went to the carriage behind them.
"Daddy!" After getting into the carriage, Yangyang was especially excited, rubbing against Zi’an and continuously calling out, "Daddy."
Lele, by comparison, was a bit more reserved, leaning quietly against Zi’an and watching his little brother.
Ye Zi’an turned his head to look at Yang Chuxia, the heat in his eyes making her lean against his shoulder involuntarily, tightly wrapping her arms around his.
"My wife, our family is finally reunited."
"Yes, we are finally reunited." After becoming a mother, Yang Chuxia found herself more emotional. Just like now, she couldn’t help her eyes welling up with tears, and a few slipped down her cheeks.
Yangyang, with sharp eyes, went around his brother to his mother, stretched out his little hand and patted Yang Chuxia’s face all over, "Don’t cry, don’t cry!"
"Okay, mommy won’t cry!" She lifted her son into her embrace, such a warm-hearted little baby.
Seeing this, Ye Zi’an embraced both mother and child into his arms.
